Nakhon Si Thammarat: hotel con bar

I always come back to Twin Lotus every time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. It’s not because of the quality of stay but only because of the food. For me, Chinese food here is the best in town. Room’s spacious and bed’s OK for me. However, cleanliness and housekeeping really need more attention. I was in room no. 8011 which was very dusty and dirty. I noticed new sofa but the chair was still the same old wreck. Another point was that there was only one plug socket available in the room.

Stayed here for 5 nights July 2022. Absolutely fabulous. Originally only booked for two nights, however the hotel was so good, I soon changed it to five. Flew down from Don Meuang and was collected from the airport by the hotel taxi, a great service. There was a small charge for this. The concierge guys at the hotel were fantastic. They even organised a hire car for us, which was great. Check in fine, staff on the front desk couldn't be better. The room on the 17th floor excellent. People on here mention the bed. Oh my goodness, the best mattress, bedding and pillows I've ever slept on. Everything perfect in the room and worked just fine. The fittings looked and felt high quality too. Breakfast... Wow, buffet style. All the food on offer was superb. Southern Thai food is really delicious. I tried everything during my 5 night stay. We even had dinner there one night and that too was fabulous. I think the hotel is owned by the CP group, which owns the 7/11 group, and many of the large supermarkets here in Thailand. Mr CP. himself would enjoy a stay here! This is a City centre hotel, if you're looking for a large swimming pool complex, this place may not be for you. However there is a decent size swimming pool with a nice looking Spa complex and a well equipped gym. We were visiting family, so didn't get chance to use those facilities during our stay. Excellent value for money! Couldn't fault the stay at the Grand Fortune Hotel. I will definitely return to Nakhon to visit my new Thai family. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again. Maybe I'll be visiting the family more because of this hotel. Excellent stay and fantastic value for money. Thanks again and best wishes.

Il personale era pronto a fare una prenotazione e, al check-in, era pronto a fare colazione, quindi il personale ha dato un buono per venire e entrare per 10 minuti. Ma se i clienti vogliono pagare 100 baht per persona per colazione, di solito gli errori dell'hotel devono essere responsabili. Highly recommended. Polite and excellent customer service.. Resourceful when you wanna find anything around town and don't know exactly where to get it..

Like the interior decor, very chic and rustic! Breakfast was simple but sufficient, I guess I shouldn't expect too much when the guests levels aren't high. The pool is of a good shape. staff were all very friendly

È un hotel con un buon personale di servizio. La vista è molto buona quando si va a mangiare al 5° piano. Il più impressionante probabilmente il servizio del personale. dimenticando le cose, il personale lo tiene tutto il tempo. Mantenere i dipendenti così per molto tempo. Se si arriva a Nakhon Si, si deve fermare qui. Ci sono spazio di deposito e servizio di pulizia se si richiede tempo per uscire. Mandynok Hotel, booked on Agoda, including breakfast. I chose this hotel because it has good reviews on both TripAdvisor and Google Maps, and because it included breakfast. People praised the Buddhist artwork and it seemed like a stylish hotel. When I arrived, I wasn’t that surprised that the young woman looked unsure when I said I had a reservation, as I had booked it earlier that morning. She then checked me in, but when I asked where breakfast was, she said there was no breakfast. I was then very disappointed by the way she acted. Her name was Noot and she was the manager. Even after I had shown her my Agoda reservation that stated breakfast was included, she still didn’t believe me. She said they didn’t offer breakfast on Agoda. I had to show the Agoda website on my phone, showing breakfast was listed. Even then she didn’t apologise or acknowledge that maybe I was right. Instead she got on her phone. This was all taking a long time just to check in. I didn’t understand what she was doing and she told me she was trying to talk her sales person, who had apparently made a mistake. I don’t know why she was doing this now and why she was making me wait so long. This was clearly the hotel’s fault. I was just asking for something I had booked and paid for. Noot then begrudgingly said they would deliver breakfast to my room tomorrow morning. I had stayed calm and polite throughout our conversation, but when you have a disagreement with somebody and then they bring you food, it’s difficult to trust that food. I didn’t feel like eating the breakfast they brought me the next day. I left to find a different place and will never stay in this hotel again.
