Firstly, we're surprised with construction view without prior notice when make a reservation. Rooms are dirty and moldy. Staff are rude and unhelpful plus emotionally. The staff always said rooms are Fully booked ! & no room available. Secondly after talking to front staff, they offered us optional rooms with NO view which we're NOT okay with it. Thirdly, we got another even worse room in the same building with not functional and moldy air-con again. We cannot stay. Finally, After several arguments almost 2 hours with staff. The manager offered us the full refund money. Not any apologize or compensation. We drove to the hotel for 4 hours / 200km. and we just want to stay with our friends. Then the staff came back with another option, they informed us that the group sacrificed an upgrade room for us which is a junior suite. We went to inspect the room and air-con was very loud so they changed to another junior suite which quieter than the previous one but still loud. After all series, we're tried with all those solutions then we agreed to stay in this junior suite.

Wanted a hotel room in Nyok not a resort. Amazingly limited selection. Room was ok. AC took a while to cool room but finally got it there. Guess the business model is conventions. First 1500 baht hotel with no minibar or coffee/kettle in room. I would invest a little less in the fancy gardens and a little more in rooms. Breakfast was good enough ham eggs toast and coffee. The dining room was open air so it could be fun if 104 degrees F outside
