Was there with friends for dinner and later decided to stay for drinks. excellent service, the bartender (Joseph) knew his craft and served us nice cocktails till late in to the night. The staff are friendly and would definitely come back again, its a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice chill spot

It's honestly one of the best hotel to ever stay in Kenya. And it very good for atheletes who want to train while living in luxury as its close to the stadium the services are great honestly. The stuff is loving and quick to help and if that is not professional enough then I wouldn't know. Will definitely come back here once I visit Kenya again.

Hotel Rio is attractive, wonderful and Reliable. I had a friendly and kind welcome in the hotel restaurant. I would like to recommend consent for the good hospitality and Jerusha at the reception. Next time i will consider hotel rio again for my stay.

That is excellent hotel sevices with good hospitality I recommended other frinds to come to Nairobi. I spent in their rooms for 4 nights and my experience was fantastic. There was good customer service more so from Consent and Jerusha at the reception . Thankyou hotel Rio team.

My stay at this Hotel was a wonderful with the great hospitality of the workers and how they are cooperative and supportive was amazing. Specially the front office staffs very nice and cooperative. Their breakfast is delicious and diverse. Thank you Hotel Rio.

I had an opportunity to stay at Hotel Rio during the standard chartered Marathon 2023. For the price I was offered, I must say this was a very comfortable stay and that there was value for money. The staff are very friendly and willing to go an extra mile to see the staff happy. I particulary enjoyed service from Josephine, Rebecca and Consent - Very friendly people. The espouse the acronym of the hotel name; Reliability, Integrity and Ownership (RIO) I also enjoyed the all the meals at the hotel. The breakfast was super heavy and worth it. While lunch and supper were also well prepared and not overpriced I also loved the flexibility of the restaurant staff when I was not able to take my meals at the time the hotel had scheduled. The rooms were confortable for me and my room, particularly had a good view of the city. I loved the in room team and the comfortable beddings. The room was surely cozy and I would love visiting them again. I would recommend anyone looking for budget accomodation in Nairobi to consider staying at Hotel RIO. I will surely be staying with them again the next time I am in Nairobi

Hotel is very nice and clean and the included breakfast is excellent. Hotel employees are very friendly and pleasant.l will not hesitate to stay here again next time. The hotel rates per night is also reasonable.

Great location away from CBD, the receptionist ( Rhoda) was very friendly and handled me in a professional manner upon check-in. The room she allocated was very clean, stylish and with all amenities including a safe box for my valuables. Food was good, great value for my money and service. ..Peterson ( the Waiter) was very attentive and efficient. Service here is Top notch. I must say I was very happy. I hope to come back for long stay over Christmas.
