l'hotel non dispone di servizi quindi ho messo 1 stella. l'hotel è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus e dall'aeon maxvalue (supermercato), a 20 minuti a piedi dal terminal degli autobus di Naha (a 2 fermate di autobus), la camera è pulita, la colazione è pane e burro. il personale è cordiale.

This hotel was great! The room was comfortable, clean, and had enough storage and space for luggage. The hotel was nice, the pool is really fun! Also, they had bubbles in the elevator lobby one night?? So fun!! :)

Small but wonderful room with its most amazing most amazing shower system literally from head to toe. Breakfast was great and there is free flow of soft drinks and one alcoholic drink per pax from mid afternoon till night at L1 restaurant. Parking is approximately 700 yen per night and there is a 500 yen restaurant voucher if you opt out daily cleaning.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel numerose volte. Quando viaggio a Okinawa, mi fermo qui, esclusivamente e di solito per due o tre mesi a un tempo. L'hotel è tipicamente un hotel di marca Hilton; molto bello e eccezionalmente pulito. Il personale è molto professionale e accogliente. La cosa che li separa dagli altri è quanto sono amichevoli. Ti fanno sentire come se tu fossi tornato a casa dopo un lungo giorno di lavoro. Non importa se parli con un agente di ufficio, una cameriera o il direttore generale, sono tutti meravigliosi. Torno tra 10 giorni per altri 2.5 mesi e mi aspetto di vedere tutte le persone meravigliose a Doubletree Naha! Ho consigliato molto questo hotel per chiunque venga a Southern Okinawa. Grande hotel a prezzo di bilancio!

It’s a hotel with two pools, which was nice.
My husband used the hot spring and bath and said it was great.
There’s a bar on the top floor with a nice view of the city. However, we did not go there.
We had a car with us the whole time we were there and Parking was ¥1500 per day.
Walkable distance to a city beach.
There isn’t a convenience store nearby so make sure to bring things back with you when you’re out.
There are a few restaurants scattered around. The hotel actually provides a map to show you where they are.
The breakfast was great with a good selection of traditional Japanese style breakfast as well as some western food. But it was always busy before 8am. I guess most guest there early birds.

L'hotel inaugurato di recente l'anno scorso è infatti la versione Premier Sebbene sia orientato al business, il layout generale è già Next Level. Come posso dirlo, dopo aver soggiornato qui per due giorni, mi sono sentito più come a casa che in un hotel. È davvero incredibile che uno spazio di poco più di 20 metri quadrati possa essere ricavato in un bagno separato, un WC separato e una camera da letto. È una perfetta combinazione di creatività, funzionalità e praticità e devi ammirare l'originalità del design. Sovvertendo l'impressione precedente dei tradizionali hotel d'affari, il tuo soggiorno sarà confortevole e accogliente. La reception dell'hotel fornisce caffè, articoli da toeletta e campioni di cura, che possono essere ritirati da soli. Anche la posizione è impeccabile. C'è un minimarket al piano di sotto, una caffetteria e una libreria accanto, e il grande magazzino Main Place di fronte. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana leggera di Omoromachi e al DFS, e può essere raggiunto in a pochi minuti a piedi.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking
the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents.
The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

The room has only got two tiny block chairs and a tiny table , you have to get everything you need from the front desk BY YOURSELF (e.g extra bath towel) . Their swimming pool is tiny too, good for kids though. We think there are other better choices especially if you are driving.

One annoying thing is the smoking area at the front door of the hotel. We smelled it many times when we walked in or out from the hotel.

TthewandercuratorI booked the hotel as the base for my solo Okinawa trip after a great stay at its Kyoto branch. Firstly, the pros: great location. 5-min walk from Asahibashi Monorail Station, 3-min walk to Tourist Visitor Centre and Naha Bus Terminal, 13-min walk to Kokusai-dori made it convenient for city sights, dining and souvenirs, bus daytrips and boat tours. Interior lobby, rooms and 13F public bath lounge seemed new and decorated in soothing natural tones, giving the hotel an island resort feel. Having said that, several major cons make me not wish to stay here again:
1) Hotel reception staff can be more welcoming. They declined me room entry at 130pm (which is typical in Japan) but they did so without offering help to store my luggage upon arrival or deliver it to my room by the time I return for check-in. They also declined my river view room request, citing the category I booked only has city view. Later, I found out on my own that only twin or triple rooms offer the river view. I was not expecting an automatic upgrade, but it would be nice if I had been offered a clear explanation on room categories or a change to river view room (even if I have to pay extra). I felt disadvantaged as a solo traveller. Also, staff are easily nervous when interacting with international guests and could not really handle simple questions in English, like whether there is a public bath, is it open to all guests, or how guests can pay for additional breakfast during their stay. I also observed them struggling to understand a request in English from two foreign guests who wished to borrow a luggage weight scale. Two senior staff members came out to help the reception staff, but all three still took a while to understand the request.
2) I was queueing behind the same foreign guests to raise urgent feedback regarding loud banging noises made by the 10F Smoking Room door directly above my room (Room 913). Meanwhile, 2 local Japanese guests arrived at the reception. I observed one male staff member ignore me and asked them to approach the counter instead. I nearly walked up to them but I held myself back. It was my first time being treated differently in all of Japan. This different treatment of guests added a seriously unpleasant feeling to my stay.
3) Not all room lights can be manually or motion-controlled. The light above the clothes rack is too bright and always on, even when the master switch is off. It was hard to fall asleep at night. The hotel should modify this room detail to ensure all guests can get a good night's rest.
Will I stay here again? With the issues above and many other good hotels nearby, most likely not. The hotel decor may be warm and inviting, but the staff inability to communicate effectively with all guests and make them comfortable makes for a cold stay.

AAnnAnteroom Hotel is no ordinary hotel, it's a hotel full of Contemporary Arts, inspiration to stay Green and compassion for the Nature. Be it the staff, room, facilities or the food, it is no less to label it as 'Excellent'. We enjoyed very much during our 10 days stay. Every morning, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff during breakfast. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and healthy, the view from the sea was amazing and breathtaking. When I caught eye infection during my stay, the staff helped to fix medical appt for me. Lastly, they even go the extra miles to ensure all my golf games were confirmed and the taxi sending us to the airport is spacious enough to carry my luggage and golf bags. Kudos to the wonderful staff of Anteroom Hotel who made our stays a very comfortable and delighted one!

UUtente ospiteRoom was a bit cramped, there were 3 beds in the room and that’s plenty but made the room too small and definitely hard to move around in. We had to climb over the bed to get to the table and chair they cramped in there. The limitless pool was nice but you would need to pay additional cost per day and it can add up quick. If you plan on staying long, bring more clothes because the laundry machines are small and pretty useless, my clothes were still wet at 2 hrs of drying. The parking isn’t complimentary which is weird especially since you’re staying there but you still have to pay to park there. Overall, it’s a 3 out of 5 in my opinion.

La stanza è pulita, ma spero che la tavola e la scatola di carta possano essere pulite.
Quando si tratta di iscriversi a bordo, è un po'difficile da fare a causa della degradazione, ma mi dica educatamente telefonando che la risposta è molto utile.
La posizione è a pochi passi da l'internazionale, ma può essere raggiunta a piedi.
Posso attraversare la strada e il mercato, quindi penso di poter andare in giro.
Sembra un po' lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Yui, quindi penso sia più facile prendere un taxi all'aeroporto che andare con i bagagli.
Prendere un taxi all'aeroporto è circa 1600 yen!
Penso che questo sia un hotel che puoi passare un piacevole tempo con la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici.

SSiupingannaSono Chow, ho soggiornato quattro notti a L'sinn. Ho incontrato un problema al momento della registrazione. Non ho ricevuto il codice a sei cifre al momento della conferma dell'ordine. Mi ci vorrà un'ora e mezza per trovare il supporto del servizio clienti. La stanza è anche grande, pulita e molto tranquilla. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto conveniente, adatto per me. Amici che marciano o viaggiano da soli, hanno un parcheggio,

LLeeJudyL'iscrizione è un casino! E'un sistema di auto-iscrizione e non c'è personale intorno. La porta principale è chiusa e richiede un codice di passaporto per sbloccare. Non riceveremo mai il codice di passaporto per questo non possiamo entrare. Abbiamo cercato di chiamare il numero di servizio clienti alla porta, ma il servizio clienti mi ha detto che non lavoravano più con questo stabilimento e mi ha dato un altro numero per contattare. Ho chiamato l'altro numero e la persona non ha alcuna pista su questo hotel! Mi hanno cercato di dare un altro numero per contattare! Grazie a Dio siamo riusciti a entrare nel lobby quando qualcuno ha lasciato l'edificio. Quando abbiamo usato il controllo di auto in sistema, abbiamo scoperto che il numero di prenotazione che avevamo era sbagliato. Il sistema ha un'opzione di servizio clienti che ci ha aiutato a raggiungere un essere umano che conosce qualcosa.
Un'altra cosa frustrante è che non hanno servizi di pulizia o persino nuovi asciugamani per prenotare meno di 4 notti. Questo non è stato comunicato a noi quando prenota. Dice che le strutture sono fornite!
La posizione è bella, le camere sono pulite ma non rimarrò qui solo per l'incubo che ha fatto l'immersione al check-in.

缺點：
比較沒有隱私 浴室有點太小
隔音效果不好

La stanza era più grande del previsto e l'insonorizzazione non era buona. La tosse e il russamento della stanza accanto erano molto evidenti.
Non ci sono tende alle finestre, quindi al mattino c'è troppo luce per dormire😅
Sarebbe più comodo se dietro la porta venissero aggiunti dei ganci.
Il bagno vorrebbe essere pulito di più, ma è comunque accettabile
