Panoramic view is cool but the room is smaller than expected. felt little bit packed. maybe becoz of rhe curtains, the room is stuffy as well. bath tub is big for two, but the view to outside is the best in bed. checkin time is 2pm and check out at 12

the staff of this hotel have very poor communcation skill. There are dangers lurking in the room, and you can easily injure yourself if you're not careful. I accidentally kick the door stopper and seriously injured my toe. I told the hotel, and i was surprised that I didn’t get a single word of compassion. They just said, “Why can’t you see it?” 這家飯店的工作人員溝通能力很差。 房間裡潛伏著危險，一不小心很容易受傷。 我不小心踢到了門塞，腳趾受了重傷。我告訴了酒店，令我驚訝的是我沒有得到一句同情的話。他們只是說：“為什麼你看不到它？”

It’s been a very pleasant stay, great location. We paid extra for an upgrade and the view was spectacular. Breakfast was good but the pool size is smaller than expected. Front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

It could have been a 5/5 but on the last day, we asked for one hour late checkout & was denied even though we paid to upgrade to a suite upon check-in. To make matters worse, we asked to borrow two towels at checkout so that we can go to the pool to relax before heading to the airport and they said NO. Unbelievable

Lovely hotel ! The room is quite spacious for Japan and very well equipped. The hotel is well located right next to the heart of the city and breakfast is delicious ! Will definitely come back will in Naha

Hotel is very conveniently located near the Miebashi station and just 7 stations to Naha Airport. It is also within walking distance to the Kokusai shopping street, Heiwa Dori and Makishi Public Market. Standard Twin Room is compact, clean and comfortable. However, the basin stopper is not working on the last night of our stay causing a slow drainage of water. No free parking overnight. Parking is at JPY1,500 per day. Need staff to open the car lift to get the car in/out. Can find cheaper parking outside.

This is what i would call a near perfect hotel, very good location literally 3 - 5 mins walk from the rail. Clean, modern looking with lots of amenities.

The hotel's location is great. 50 meters from the monotrain, it's just perfect. The hotel itself is very modern, well equipped. The check in was fast and got our cards in no time. From the 11th floor the view is amazing. In the room we had everything we needed, the coffe machine is just a huge bonus. Breakfast was perfect in my opinion. Very healthy options, loved it. Too bad we stayed there for just one night..

New and clean. Friendly staff, just next to railway station, convenient. Good deal. Coffee machine inside the room just impressed me.

Good location! very near kokusaidori. Room is clean. Although a little small but is enough for solo travelling.

Very near the station, walking less than 1 minutes, strongly for those no self drive traveler.
