Staying overnight as a stopover before going to osaka. Perfect location the willer bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the nagoya train station is across the street. Had time to visit noritake garden and aeon mall cause its just a walking distance. Facilities are clean and complete.

Loved our stay in Nagoya for Ghibli park, hotel right opposite to train station and got nice restaurant, highly recommend

The location was great a street away from the Main train station. Booked a local tour which happens to be around the corner.  Room was clean and draw back was to for 2 mid size luggage’s is already a challenge but for the location and ease of travel that can be accepted. Easy to look for food around the area and there’s mini marts around the area.

The location was very convenient. It’s just across from the Nagoya train station (silver clock). Fast check in and easy check out. Smooth process. We were able to store the luggage prior to check in. The receptionist can speak English. The hotel is clean.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to travel around. The hotel is right opposite the main Nagoya train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. You can also find a wide variety of food options inside the train station.

The room is exactly alike the photos, but smaller than expected. I have some difficulties to open my 28-inch luggage. Great location, just opposite to Nagoya JR station with 7-11/ Big camera/ Namco nearby.

Location was great, near to a few exits in ESCA underground shopping mall. Check in was smooth, was able to deposit luggage when we reached before check in time. Complimentary Japanese gifts (Socks, origami paper & blotting paper). Variety of pillows to choose, tea & coffee bags were made available to us. Toiletries counter well stocked. Room was small but true to pictures, difficult to manage bigger luggage in the room. Humidifier provided in the room. Toilet was clean, good supply of warm water for bathing, no disruption and strong flow. House keeping was after 3 nights. Laundry service was useful - from wash to dry was 1 cycle and was with monitoring live status with hotel WiFi. Good stay!

The hotel is just opposite to nagoya station Yet, the room is tiny and we could barely walk inside with out suitcase open Breakfast was a set in yoshinoya next door, not worth to add on You can easily get accessed to famous restaurants in nagoya station though. It was impressive that there was a wide range of toothbrush and pillow to choose from in the lobby. The mattress didnt feel good coz the middle was too soft and we kept sliding to the middle

The room is quite small but good enough for solo travellers. Have to open the luggage on the bed. Toiletries and coffee/tea are available in the lobby. Also, you can choose your preferred type of pillow in the lobby. The location is fantastic, just opposite the train station. In case of rain, use the underground shopping exit E4, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. However, there is only stairs. So it is best to use luggage forwarding service if possible.
