A great hotel with really top notch service. the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special care is taken every step of the way. I have no negative comments.

Very nice and friendly staff, I was trying to decorate the room for my wife’s birthday and special thanks to staff (Ms. Kitty and xiao zhang) who helped me for three hours to finish it. Definitely recommended to stay in this hotel

What an amazing experience. The executive room was simply beautiful. If you are looking for a quite getaway trip this hotel will not disappoint you.

Great service. Fairy was ver helpful. She got me upgraded to a better room and arranged a birthday cake for me. She always communicated with me throughout the day in English. Jay from concierge was fantastic and Ivy set up the room. Everyone was amazing at the hotel. I will definitely return again. Than you！🌹

I visited Ningbo for the 1st time and had a nice time. This property is very well kept, clean and wonderful customer service. Unfortunately they had to close the indoor swimming pool, and that was a bit disappointing as I came prepared to swim, but understandable. Overall, I will be back for sure.Thank you for a good stay! First time in this Hotel. Normally we used to go to another Hotel in Dongqian lake. Hotel is very clean. Very kids friendly Hotel. Breakfast very good. We had BBQ set for lunch with very Cold Heineken beer. Recommended Hotel We will come back!

The service was so bad....not once did a staff member speak English to us either. Over priced, less than average. Only plus side was the spa bath in our room.

Decently far from the city center. But if you’re looking for a chill hotel to relax and do activities on site it’s probably a good fit. Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful. Very clean and had almost everything you need. They are pet friendly and I was able to keep my cat in the room with me. I needed to provide everything for him, such as a litter box, food and water, and something to feed him in. Makes sense but something to keep in mind of you are bringing a pet. Everything was a little pricey but it makes sense with the brand and it being a resort.

okay for a short stay

Lovely Resort, great for a weekend getaway and family friendly.. lots of amenities - gym, spa, playgrounds for kids, basketball and tennis courts... amazing really... lots of good quality options for breakfast and yummy as well... Will recommend to anyone.. also great views from rooms and walking around...
