Molto piacevole trovare un bel hotel nella zona Penuin, e anche il gusto vicino al Grand Batam Mall.
Il check-in è stato molto veloce e veloce, e siamo stati nelle stanze entro 5-7 minuti di check-in.Abbiamo una stanza gemella con finestre a sud, ben attrezzata con i piatti internazionali e ben pensato modalità di illuminazione della stanza sul pannello di controllo. L'aria condizionata era buona e la ventilazione del bagno era anche abbastanza decente.
Utilizzavo la palestra, ben attrezzata per la formazione al peso, e alcune macchine cardio, e la piscina era molto buona.
I letti erano comodi e ho dormito molto bene.
Alcune aree per il miglioramento della zona di custodia:
1. Ci sono stati tinture di olio sulle finestre della stanza che non sono state pulite per la durata del nostro soggiorno (probabilmente da un ospite precedente che ha spinto la faccia contro la finestra)
2. La scatola di tessuto sul contatore del bagno ha bisogno di un nuovo pensiero, perché c'è un buco sul fondo, i tessuti si immergono quando l'acqua si spruzza dal bacino sul contatore
3. La pressione dell'acqua per il bagno deve essere regolata, è troppo forte e si splacca in tutto all'utente non sospettato
4. La pressione del doccia era buona, ma la testa del doccia era aperta (non ha influenzato la funzionalità)
In generale, molto bello e io rimarrei qui e lo consiglierei ai miei amici, dato che probabilmente è il più bello hotel della zona attualmente.

Loved the close proximity this hotel is to Grand Batam Mall the newest and amazing mall in Batam! Food, fun, shopping aplenty to do there. Just 5 minutes walk away. A couple of popular cafes in the same area but it was pouring the past few days we were there so we couldn’t walk around much.
The road at the entrance was a little muddy and bumpy cos of the rain but there were staff there to assist us. Took a lift upstairs to the lobby for check in, quick and efficient. Requested high floor but it wasn’t available but that’s fine. Room is huge and comfortable. Bed was not as soft as we wished for. Toilet is spacious with shower and rain shower.
Only downside was the cleanliness of the towels. Looks yellowish and not very clean.
Right opposite theres a massage place RE and it was really clean and relaxing as we did our aromatherapy scrub, Balinese massage as well as hair wash and head massage for just $50+ for 2 hours.
Taxis are affordable and usually only takes 2-3 minutes for a car to arrive. Went to Nagoya Hill to walk walk see see and ate at Warung Guling Pak Made and we loved it! And also took taxi to the Blue Fire Beach club which is next to Atlantis and Deep Sea.

Tutto è giusto, il prezzo, la posizione, spaziosa camera e bfast è sorprendente (eccetto lonlong saur. .lonlong è buono..ma la zuppa.. troppo salino n troppo acqua ...pls fix ^^ ( dovrebbe essere curioso quando il qty è ancora molto mentre gli altri menu r mantenuto essere riempiti), pulizia 👍 Tuttavia la carta d'accesso sta uccidendo..Solo uno, abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia.. quindi quando uno di noi era fuori dalla stanza a notte o colazione, qualunque cosa.. uno di noi deve stare in attesa.. Non poteva dormire in tempo, e il tempo è stato speso in bagno o in bagno per aprire la porta al nostro membro di Fam. Non efficaci.. anche se volevo depositare per una carta aggiuntiva, il desk front respinge bcos di regola d casa.

Grande soggiorno alberghiero. La camera familiare è molto spaziosa tra cui mini frigo e tavolo da pranzo. Personale amichevole. Ottima posizione con molti negozi di cibo, servizi di massaggio e mercato bagnato. Hanno fornito servizi di ordinazione per la torta di Batam Layer, che è stata consegnata direttamente all'hotel. Mi ha risparmiato tempo e viaggio per andare in zona di prato d'oro per comprarla. L'unico svantaggio è che il check in timer è stato ritardato di un'ora a causa di ritardi nei servizi di pulizia. Spero che possano migliorare il controllo in tempo.Altrimenti, sarebbe stato un piacevole posto che prenoterò di nuovo il prossimo viaggio

L'hotel è situato in una posizione confortevole con molte attrazioni vicine, rendendolo ideale per turisti e viaggiatori di business. Il suo professionalismo e il suo calore sono stati davvero esaltati, rendendo la mia esperienza all'hotel ancora più piacevole.
La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto morbido che forniva un ambiente di sonno eccellente, ma ci sono alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. In primo luogo, il condizionamento dell’aria nella stanza non sembrava permettere il controllo della temperatura, forse a causa di un malfunzionamento. Mentre la temperatura della stanza era gestibile, sarebbe meglio se il condizionatore d'aria potesse essere fissato per consentire ai futuri ospiti di controllare più il clima della stanza.
In secondo luogo, il bagno non aveva una tubatura d’acqua, rendendo un po’ scomodo lavarmi i piedi. Aggiungere questo impianto migliorerebbe notevolmente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
In generale, Beverly Hotel Batam è un luogo molto raccomandato per soggiornare. Nonostante alcuni problemi minori, non ocultano l'esperienza complessiva. Se stai cercando un hotel confortevole e conveniente a Batam, questa è una grande scelta. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cynthia per il suo eccezionale servizio!

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road.
The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices.
The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable.
The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc.
The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam.
It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

AArnie TaufikLocalizzazione, naturalmente! - di solito completamente prenotato e può essere un po 'prezioso, ma fortunatamente, siamo in grado di garantire una stanza durante la settimana di Natale.
Ho deciso di prenotare lo stesso hotel che ho soggiornato due anni fa a causa della sua posizione migliore proprio al contrario di Batam Grand Mall. Facile da camminare indietro dopo un ritardo 🎬.
Inoltre, passeggiando a piedi verso il mio FAV SPA (Eska) e un altro centro commerciale (centro DC).
La prossima volta torneremo!

AAnnaPortoLocation of the hotel is good near grand batam mall and BCS. And a lots of street food during nite time. Easy access to everywhere with grab or gojet. And I'm really happy with the all the staff there especially Ms Mellina who really attentive during my breakfast at the cafe ,they are very helpful, friendly and welcoming during our stay.

AAkam TomHotel within distance of locations. A clean and nice hotel. Although small in size. Can walk anywhere within 10 min. Shopping, Wet Market, Coffeeshop. Cafe , foodcourts and Restaurant. MMaurice@707La posizione dell'hotel è buona con molte attrazioni e cibo intorno.. è molto vicino al centro commerciale Nagoya. Il colazione dell'hotel ha bisogno di miglioramento. Le varietà sono piccole e alcune sono fredde.
È molto rumoroso al mattino se resti a basso livello. Circa le 8:00, è molto occupato e rumoroso in basso. Può disturbare il sonno al mattino... o anche il resto del giorno.. In generale, il soggiorno è ancora abbastanza buono.non un super buono ma ancora accettabile con l'importo pagato.

Bad point is curtains,mattress, pillow,towels are old and dirty.
