This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! Everything was excellent—the service, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, and especially the value for the price. The only small downside was the check-in being a bit late. Overall, still a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Un posto conveniente per i viaggiatori soli che non richiedono molto. La terrazza del cielo è il luogo più rilassante che amo più ☺️bella canzone e ambiente.Il cibo servito era così delizioso per il mio gusto.

L'hotel è strategicamente situato, proprio al di là del Grand Batam Mall, c'è Circle K vicino alla porta e l'IndoMart vicino. Camminare a Batam City Square e A2 Foodcourt. Il personale frontale è utile e amichevole. È anche riservato un parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta principale (se si guida). La stanza è un po' piccola, ma funziona bene se siete solo lì per dormire, la roba sonora è cattiva, si può sentire la gente camminare e parlare fuori. L'unico cons è il bagno, è ben indossato, le tessere gialle e l'armadio è tutto grigio. Ma per il prezzo che hai pagato, dovrai ridurre le vostre aspettative.

A dire il vero, può essere molto avanzato quando ha appena iniziato. Ora guarda un po'vecchio. La potenza dell'aria condizionata è buona. Ci sono ventilazioni nel bagno, cioè l'acqua calda sembra no. Non ho paura che il bagno possa essere lavato

This is a cheap and good hotel located next to the market and within walking distance of Batam Grand Mall and BCS Mall. The area is surrounded by massage parlors and eateries, with the A2 food court open until 3 AM. The market is bustling in the morning, offering plenty of food options. I would rate the hotel 9/10. There’s karaoke and in-house massage services available. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an average budget.

Sono stato deluso con questo hotel, oltre al rumore (da altri ospiti / nessuno ride forte in mezzo alla notte E la strada verso l'alto e verso l'alto è rumore),, così la stanza non è pulita quando non chiediamo al personale. Poi è già prenotato con pagamento completo,, Forzato a cambiare l'hotel perché non è conveniente

Overall the premise is on average. A few things that I think can be improve: Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience. Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

The location of the hotel is very good with batam city square at one end and grand batam at the other end! And there’s also a wet market just behind the hotel. Food wise there a2 foodcourt just opposite the hotel and also there’s coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance with numerous options to choose from… room wise its good enough for me but the toilet is a little bit cannot make it… little small for me through… other than that all is good!
