AAD.CHLast minute booking. Room was sufficient. Basic amenities. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location wonderful. Grand Batam mall was within walking distance, many massage places, lots of food options. A2 food court 10mins walk away.
However, quite dim surrounding the property at night if you are walking back from the mall or A2 food court .

GGohGreat hotel stay. Family room is very spacious including mini fridge and dining table. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many eateries shops, massage services and wet market. They provided ordering services for Batam Layer cake, which delivered to hotel directly. It save my time and trip to travel to Golden prawn area to buy it. The only downside is the check in timing was late by an hour due to delayed cleaning services. Hope they can improve on check in time. Otherwise was a pleasant place that I will book again next trip

TThomas96L'hotel è situato in una posizione confortevole con molte attrazioni vicine, rendendolo ideale per turisti e viaggiatori di business. Il suo professionalismo e il suo calore sono stati davvero esaltati, rendendo la mia esperienza all'hotel ancora più piacevole.
La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto morbido che forniva un ambiente di sonno eccellente, ma ci sono alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. In primo luogo, il condizionamento dell’aria nella stanza non sembrava permettere il controllo della temperatura, forse a causa di un malfunzionamento. Mentre la temperatura della stanza era gestibile, sarebbe meglio se il condizionatore d'aria potesse essere fissato per consentire ai futuri ospiti di controllare più il clima della stanza.
In secondo luogo, il bagno non aveva una tubatura d’acqua, rendendo un po’ scomodo lavarmi i piedi. Aggiungere questo impianto migliorerebbe notevolmente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
In generale, Beverly Hotel Batam è un luogo molto raccomandato per soggiornare. Nonostante alcuni problemi minori, non ocultano l'esperienza complessiva. Se stai cercando un hotel confortevole e conveniente a Batam, questa è una grande scelta. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cynthia per il suo eccezionale servizio!

Richiesta all'hotel di rimborsare una tariffa per una stanza mentre il mio amico andò per il viaggio e occupato l'altra stanza .. Ma l'hotel ha respinto la mia richiesta, quindi ho sprecato i miei soldi .. Questo feedback è stato basato su input del mio amico .. Spero che l'hotel possa restituire o almeno darmi un buono per prenotare di nuovo come io sarò a battam di nuovo in marzo 25

Everything was excellent—the service, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, and especially the value for the price. The only small downside was the check-in being a bit late.
