Summit Green Lake Tea Resort & Spa

This place is very nice and a good place to stay. Calm peaceful l. Rooms are good and comfortable, i stayed at the ethnic villa with balcony recommended ( ps opt for the lake view with balcony ) i was well taken care with all services and i highly recommend anyone going there to contact sankar jyoti dadhara he's the service boy very helpful l nice and hard working my wife had to decorate my room for my birthday and he helped her out in all the possible ways he could i rate him for his service 10/10. Do take his mobile no as communicating thru the reception is difficult. Plus i would thank mr raja dutta hes in the front office ( reception ) very nice humble ***. Goes one step ahead of helping and very good in hospitality. Do get in touch with these two if u happen to visit sumit. Your stay would me much comfortable and good mr dutta for your service and hospitality thanks 10/10 p. S ( the only thing sumit has to work on is the outer cleaning specially outside the rooms and the service time they take plus a more of cleaning on the swimming pool and a person to be kept incharge for it )

The staffs were arrogant especially the receptionist, the service was not as expected & the food was not delivered as ordered and not on time.

All that glitter is not gold. This property is very attractive from outside. Also its location is good. But once you are in, your tension will start. There is nothing called management and services. Staffs are untrained and irresponsive. In restaurant, one needs to wait for hours even for a piece of onion. So, in future if you are planning to stay in this property, be ready to bear the stresses.
