I went here and check-in a bit late this time (around 9pm) but their still have staff to support at front. Hotel is around 20 mins walk from Nagano station

The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.

長野駅からは距離がありますが、2キロ程度は歩きますが、平地ですので歩きやすかったです。ビジネス利用としては満足です。近くにコンビニもあります。

不錯，服務很到位，設施多少有些陳舊，不過完全可以接受，有免費的停車服務，距離車站有一些距離，便利店很近，總的來説性價比不錯。

因為天氣關係要即日臨時入住，長野附近只剩這家。位置偏遠，附近沒有JR站，設施殘舊，但員工服務態度良好，短期入住尚可接受。

ビジネスユースで利用させていただきました。駅からかなり離れているのでロケーションとしてはあまり良くありませんが、その分価格は抑えてくれています。

ホテルの方の対応が丁寧でした。 有難うございます。

衞生狀況太差，地毯太臟，離車站太遠

ホテルの方が親切でした。手荷物をチェックイン前に預かって頂けました。コーヒーが自由に飲めるのも良かったです。
