location is just opposite station. good service. good amenities.

No frills and small room, best to leave your luggage elsewhere. Conveniently located near to the station with a direct underpass suitable for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast had a good variety.

Excellent spot for a short stay. Directly opposite the north exit of Nagano station. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Very helpful staff though with limited English. Hotel is clean and amenities 3* hotel. Plenty of restaurants surrounding. Recommended.

The location is just 2 min away from Nagano station. Christmas pine smells welcomed us to the lobby. The stay was very nice, the hotel offers many amenities in the lobby and drinking water on each floor. The rooms are small but very clean and look new.  Just downstairs there are many choices of restaurants and convenience stores.  We definitely recommend!

Probably good location for people not driving over because it’s located near the main train station. However, Complicated and expensive parking , room is super small compared to other similar type of hotels.
