Really like this hotel especially the little onsen provided on 2nd floor. Good location and easy check in and check out. Worth to return again. In the middle of all attractions. Visited nagano chrismas market.

We chose this hotel by location first of all, because we arrived around midnight at Nagano station. The hotel is very close to it. There was convenient check-in and check-out automatic system. The facilities of the room were great - private bathroom and a toilet, and also pajamas. The room is very small, but it is totally sufficient for a trip.

Opposite Nagano Station. Great stay.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk to Nagano station. Room size is a bit small. But this is Japan standard room size, so can’t complain. The hotel has self laundry room and natural onsen as well.

We did the all HOTEL LIVEMAX all the way from Nagano to Nagoya to Osaka. And I can say that its serving its purpose. I love the little walk from station to this hotel. Its convenient!

We have a wonderful time staying here. Onsen in the hotel is a plus point. Room size is good for 4 of us. Location wise is only a few minutes away from Nagano station.

Staff doesent speak English at all, we closed 6 nights but were boring from the area so we asked to make it shorter for 3 nights and get a refund for the unspent 3 nights, we wrote to the Agent (Trip) and talk to Funaki (hotel team) and he agreed but Trip were waiting for an email from him so we decided to stay until a final answer from Trip about the refund. Funaki came to our room twice at the morning and he decided that we have to check out, I wrote to Trip and they told me that if he says its ok so we packed all in 30 minutes (with kids!!!) And checked out. A day after Trip wrote me that Funaki said no refund and I will pay the unspent 3 nights. I told them that he should alow us to stay... he cant make us checking out and avoid a refund about nights that are fully paid by me, until now I am not getting a service about the case. DONT order from Trip, they cant serve because they order from ******* in the middle and think twice about this specifix hotel branch.

Great hotel, room was a little small but that's OK. I only booked because I couldn't get anywhere else last minute, normally I would've scrolled right past this hotel because that price tag is crazy! Sadly, I had no choice. If it was about half the price, I'd gladly consider it again.

Self check was hard as not in English and room so tiny and bed was way to small for 2 people

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

Near Nagano Station. This price come with onsen and sauna. It's worth.
