Absolutely disgraceful, disgusting, and no respect for customers, all the staff always sitting in the front lounge not doing anything accept one or two, even breakfast is below standard. Lot many issues, I can’t write. Absolutely wastage of money.

Good Place for island hopping ,while planning to do other activities and travel the mainland.

_1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Wailoaloa Beach_ I'm extremely disappointed to share my recent experience at Wailoaloa Beach, where I visited with friends. Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived due to the appalling conditions of our room. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a room infested with cockroaches, which was a clear indication of the poor hygiene standards. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with visible dirt, grime, and soap scum buildup. It seemed as though the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned in months. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dust and dirt covering every surface. We were expecting a relaxing beach vacation with our friends, but instead, we found ourselves stressing about the cleanliness of our accommodations. I would not recommend Wailoaloa Beach to anyone until they address these serious issues. A thorough cleaning, pest control measures, and a complete overhaul of their housekeeping practices are desperately needed to make this place habitable.

Overall place is great for last minute bookings. Close to supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Reception comes with a warm welcome, then the real thing started. Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour. In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you. No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm. There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables. Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off. There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed. Water from tab is yellow. Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others I would suggest to take something with free airport pick up. Never recommend this hotel as it’s a rip off.

飛行場からは歩くと2時間ぐらいかかるのでタクシーを使ったほうがいい。シャンプーなどはないので自分で用意する必要がある。近くにインド料理屋があり、食事には困らない。夜は治安があまり良くないらしく、出かけるのにタクシー必須。

Ośrodek lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości, jest zaniedbany. Okna nie są zamykane więc w nocy głośno słychać samoloty. Obsługa nie jest zbyt pomocna.

O hotel tem potencial mas precisa de atualização. Pequeno almoço simpático. Não fizeram limpeza de quarto.

かなり安宿と思って行った方が良いかと思います ルームクリーニング、タオル交換をお願いしましたが。三泊とも同じタオル、砂だらけのままでした。 とにかく壊れている所が多く、シャワー、クローゼット、テレビ、まともに使えません。 しかし、歩ける距離に、スーパー、フードコートが有るので、場所的には悪く無いと思います。

Zimmer und Ausstattung gut, Sauberkeit und Lage naja, sehr laut und Balkon zum Parkplatz, Service ernüchternd - alles in allem ok, aber würden nicht nochmal herkommen

環境不錯 早餐有待改進

此度假村最突出的是服務，熱情為客人服務，很是周到，尤其前台大姐，有什麼問題一提出，就能得到解決，在這裏這種熱情服務是所有員工自覺做出的，使客人感受到了斐濟人的熱情好客，500米有一個超市可以買的需要的東西，離海灘大約500米，可以靜靜的感受清晨和傍晚海灘美麗的景色，旅遊應該有當地的體驗，所以入住此度假村會有一些體會，飲食方面可能因為我們吃不慣斐濟的飯菜所以我們是到外面尋找華人飯店去吃，在此方面不敢做點評，
