HI JALMAHAL, Thanks for making our stay as decent and peaceful. Maintaining such biggest area, is really a hard core beauty. you are doing and did well during our stay. Pool, parking, indoor and outdoor are really made kids to relax well. Cycles for kids and adults for making them to enjoy well. Foods are nutritious. ***ager, Puneeth Kumar , sheriff, Pradeep, person who maintain pool, coffee bay madam and over all people doing responsive and fast service to clients. Well Done. What would i suggest please maintain a per***ent air freshener in RESTROOM. Separate pools for kids. 1 ltr water etc....for make your service more valuable. One of the best hotels in Mysore. I decided to stay here for my special day - birthday and the hotel ensured I had an amazing time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The service was polite and friendly. Staff at reception were very warm. The place was brimming with guests. There was a function going on in its banquet hall too. All of it was being managed well. The highlight was the food. Scrumptious and tasty spread. So many varieties to order from and we hogged like there was no end. All of it was lip smacking. Ample parking space available too. True to its name, the place was indeed grand and gave us a lot of peace during our stay. It is so close to so many attractions in Mysore and is a total value for money. I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Mysore.

I Stayed in a Club Room in this hotel for 1 night on 29th Sep. Booked through MMT and they charged me Rs.3350/- for 2 adults and 1 kid (aged 9 years). The hotel is located on the main road and is very close to Mysore Palace, Zoo, Railway Station and Bus Station. Check in Process was smooth and easy. Though we arrived an hour earlier than the Standard Check in time, the hotel staff helped us alloting the room immediately on reaching the hotel. Room is kept neat and clean. Though the staff doesn't look that professional as in a star hotel, they were very humble and cooperative. The Club room that we booked was a big sized room with King bed and can easily accommodate 2 Adults + 1 Kid. There room has a reading table and mini fridge as well. Wardrobe was quite big.Washroom was clean and decent in size with 24 hour running hot water. Additional mattress and towels were provided at no extra cost. We ordered dinner from Iftar restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the taste was average. (Ordered Tandoori Items, Chicken Biryani and Curd Rice). All the items were delivered within 20 mins from the order time and were served hot. The Prices are also reasonable when compared to other hotel (RRR) where we had our lunch. The check out process was smooth and it hardly took us less than a minute. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it for all family travelers visiting mysore. Concern: They don't offer breakfast in the package.

Perfect I had no issues with the room or service , view and other things provided were worth the stay and would recommend others. Other than that the AC could be improved and I would like to give you a great quotation as I am a dealer of the accessories, thanks for a wonderful stay!

La stanza è spaziosa, il colazione è ok con opzioni limitate, la dosa era buona. Il personale di servizio potrebbe essere meglio addestrato come atteggiare e comportarsi nel ristorante. Il personale è giocato con il personale femminile nel ristorante. Il personale dell'ufficio frontale potrebbe essere più ospite. Mi chiedevo una piastra alla ricezione e lei mi chiese di chiamare 22 dalla stanza. Le esigenze degli ospiti possono essere affrontate bene. Ho avuto l'arte della tovagliola nella mia stanza che era superata con 15 tovaglioli. Una cosa semplice o nulla potrebbe essere meglio. La musica a Pool lavorava il primo giorno e il giorno dopo non era. Quando ho controllato un manager, ha detto che avrebbe controllato, ma non è mai tornato. Anche se il personale femminile alla reception mi ha chiesto di postare buone recensioni. L'ospite sarà felice di fare 5 stelle quando in futuro si prenderà cura di quanto sopra.
