I stayed at The Dawn Hotel in Mysuru from 15th August to 18th August, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room itself was equipped with all the basic amenities you'd expect, which initially seemed promising. However, several issues during my stay marred the overall experience. Firstly, the breakfast service was consistently late, which was quite disappointing, especially when you're on a schedule. While some of the staff were helpful, even suggesting good places to buy sweets, others were quite the opposite. I encountered instances of rude behaviour and unresponsiveness that were far from hospitable. Additionally, the TV remote in my room was not working when I arrived, and despite informing the staff, it wasn't fixed until I had to ask again the next day. This lack of attention to guest needs was frustrating. Given these issues, I can't recommend The Dawn Hotel. I found better accommodations in Mysuru at comparable prices, offering a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.
