What a gorgeous hotel. With this incredible pool view, we never even made it down to the ocean. The hotel food, drinks, ambiance, and staff were great, and the rooms felt luxurious and comfortable. 100% would stay here again, especially as it was very reasonably priced for being peak season.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent localization, great food, extraordinary people working there very well trained. Room is perfect and very clean. I had a small problem with my laundry and the entire team was ready to make me comfort. Very unique place, congratulations to owners, managers and team!!!

Struttura molto bella, che raccomanderei. Ne elenco subito i lati per me positivi: - la posizione geografica impareggiabile, su tre livelli degradanti verso il mare; - le splendide piscine a sfioro con vista piena sulla baia; -la spiaggia dell’hotel superba, in parte sabbiosa ma per lo più rocciosa, con acque semplicemente cristalline e fondali ricchissimi di fauna acquatica, tra i più belli dell’isola; - il ristorante intimo e di ottima qualità; -l’assoluto rispetto delle norme anti Covid; - la cortesia del personale della reception, degli autisti, dei camerieri; Aspetti meno positivi: -le camere de luxe sono molto spaziose e bene arredate, con terrazza e vista mare splendida. Il bagno però è piccolo, con vasca idromassaggio e semplice doccia incorporata nella vasca. Personalmente avrei preferito trovare un’ampia cabina doccia separata dalla vasca, anche non idromassaggio; -il livello organizzativo globale dell’hotel l’ho trovato buono ma non eccellente: non sono molto comodi i due ascensori di collegamento alla spiaggia (ma forse non si sarebbe potuto fare di meglio dal punto di vista strutturale) e il servizio spiaggia dei camerieri non era molto assiduo. Ultimo appunto sfavorevole, ma non per importanza: abbiamo rilevato una cortesia limitata e solo formale dell’addetta alla concierge, mai sorridente ne’ accogliente nei nostri riguardi. Sottolineo che abbiamo noleggiato un’auto attraverso l’hotel e cenato 4 sere su 7 in ristoranti dell’hotel o ad esso collegati, pertanto abbiamo avuto svariate occasioni di scambio con l’addetta. Il primo episodio sgradevole è avvenuto proprio al nostro arrivo al porto di Mykonos: per un disguido dell’hotel non abbiamo trovato la navetta pronta ad accoglierci e, dopo una telefonata e 30 min di attesa sotto il sole, abbiamo deciso di prendere un taxi. Arrivati in hotel, il costo del taxi ci è stato immediatamente rimborsato dall’addetta alla concierge senza scuse e.... in contanti!! Una caduta di stile che non dovrebbe assolutamente verificarsi in un hotel di questo livello. Ciò nonostante, ripeto che nel complesso si è trattato di un’ottima esperienza.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel, due volte quest'anno per 2 e 1 notti rispettivamente. La prima volta era all'inizio di febbraio e la seconda volta il 1° marzo. L'esperienza generale è stata sorprendente e l'hotel è brillante come un diamante. Il receptionist è il più amichevole e professionale che abbia mai incontrato nella mia vita professionale e ho soggiornato in centinaia di hotel in tutta Europa. Il design dell'hotel è un segno di architettura, stile ed eleganza. Le camere sono molto ben decorate, ben attrezzate, calde (ho visitato l'hotel nel mezzo dell'inverno) . La doccia ha una funzione di massaggio e di jet acqua che è molto tranquillo e rilassante (soprattutto dopo un giorno difficile). L'hotel offre LG OLED e il caricatore iphone/ Bose, base, oratore.Dopo un sorprendente sonno, ho scoperto la mattina seguente che l'hotel utilizza le migliori materassi naturali, manifatturieri, di Coco Mat. Linen è di alta qualità e senza spot. Il colazione era anche allo stesso livello del resto dell'hotel. Di solito un colazione continentale dell'hotel è noioso, ma non questa volta. L'omelette era una ricetta greca tradizionale, il caffè era fantastico, le pezzi greci tradizionali erano generose e deliziose sul buffet. La posizione dell'hotel è sorprendente, con una vista letterale sulla Cora di Mykonos, offrendo agli ospiti l'opportunità di godere di una vivace vista di Mykonos, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla promenade di fronte al mare di Mykonos.

Il personale è stato molto amichevole e non ha potuto aiutarvi. L'hotel è molto bello, aveva una vista sulla spiaggia e faceva un sacco di uso dei letti solari sul nostro balcone durante il nostro soggiorno. La colazione è stata inclusa nella stanza e ogni mattina c'è stata una grande scelta - certamente qualcosa per tutti! La zona della piscina è più piccola di quanto ci si aspettava, ma è ancora molto bello. Abbiamo trovato molte persone che uscivano dalla spiaggia per la maggior parte dei giorni e si sentiva un po' come la nostra piscina privata, perché ci sono solo pochi di noi che ci sono giù ogni giorno. C'è un bar/club di spiaggia fuori dal fronte dell'hotel che ha significato che questo posto ha avuto alcune cattive recensioni - si prega di notare che questo club di spiaggia non è affiliato in alcun modo all'hotel e sicuramente evitare di essere incastrato da loro a tutti i costi. I prezzi astronomici per ciò che sembrava essere inferiore alla media di cibo e bevande. In generale una settimana fantastica e saremo sicuramente di ritorno in futuro!

I have travelled much of the world and Mykonos without a doubt is very expensive! This is a good option if you want to be in the heart of the town waking up to the dream like beautiful cobbled streets filled with blue and white! You can walk to restaurants, bars and shopping which are literally on your doorstep! There is also a bakery opposite. The smell of fresh bread each morning was heavenly. Rooms are small and somewhat dull. The bathroom was tiny. However, it was clean and fine to shower and sleep. Mykonos was very hot and despite using the air conditioning or maybe it was the location of my room, I did find it warm. I wasn't a fan of the pebbled floor in the bathroom. There seemed to be one girl there all the time at reception. I never saw anyone else apart from housekeeping. Limited rooms and you would not think this was a hotel walking past. More like a nice house! The girl was friendly and she will give you her mobile number so you can message her, should you have any issues. I would stay here again but this hotel is not for everyone as it is located in the heart of the town, the street noise does go on till the early hours! If you want to be near a beach or a more scenic setting, again I would suggest staying out of town. I was a solo traveller and for me personally this was fine to be near most things. I came more for the town, sightseeing and nightlife. Transport cannot come right up to the hotel so you will need to walk maybe 6 to 7 minutes from the main part where you will likely be dropped off by a taxi or bus or whatever. Not the easiest navigating cobbled paving in the heat but needs to be done! The even better part is there is no lift and then I had to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs to reach the hotel! Take this into account as well. I am not sure about a pool or other dining options. I literally came to sleep and shower each day after exploring. This was convenient for my needs and I could walk everywhere. As I said, I would recommend this hotel but it depends on your needs. If you want something with more luxury or peaceful then stay elsewhere but you are likely to pay a lot more.

We stayed at the Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa for 5 nights for the first part of our honeymoon. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, we were greeted with champagne and Greek sweets while we checked in and our bags were delivered to our suite. The hotel offers a free transfer too and from the airport or ferry port. We had the honeymoon suite with private pool and jacuzzi, the room was amazing. Huge bedroom and living area and plenty of outdoor space to either sit in the sun or the shade - the sunset from this room is the best on the island hands down. The breakfast is amazing literally every choice you could want with fresh eggs, crepes and waffles cooked to order offering both American, English and Greek options. There is an option to have breakfast in the room but this comes at an added cost of around €50. Chronis the hotel manager was always on hand to answer any questions and would organise taxis for us too and from our destination giving us recommendations where to eat or drink. All the staff in general are so helpful and friendly when delivering room service or in the restaurant, if they saw you walking they would always give you a lift on the hotel golf carts. Things to be noted - The hotel is around 15 minutes drive from Mykonos Town itself so a taxi or vehicle hire is required. The hotel pools are not heated so in May they were cold. Didn’t effect our stay at all because we had a jacuzzi hot tub. If you get the chance to stay at this hotel make sure you do, you won’t regret it. 10/10
