the property is very deep in valley. not accessible. they should transparently tell that its not easily reachable

The room was not up to the mark and room facilities were not good, the bedsheets and pillow were not clean and the mattress also. No towels and other facilities were provided, no hot water to take a bath.

The property location was good as it was located in Mall road .You can go to any tourist spot from mall road easily either by taxi or you can rent a scooty.The food we get was good in taste .Here the Tea was awesome .We get a good furniture alomg with television on which you can play a number of songs.Overall it is worth at that price .

Staff was not good. Very rude. Bedsheets were not clean, room was stinking (very bad odour) at the pickup time staff was not picking up call. Over all experience was not good

Honest review: gmap shows very close to mall road, but the road to hotel is very steep downhill and narrow. Have to carry all luggage by own. Even 2 wheeler is not possible in the passage. Room condition 3/5, blanket/bedsheet were dirty. Geyser and other facilities- ok. Basement rooms so now window option. Have a roof with nice view. I booked it under 500. No other negatives. You can opt if you need a hotel just for night stay.

hotel was steep down from the main road and the rooms were feeling cold, bed wasn't comfortable and blankets also
the floor was freezing cold but washroom and rooms were clean and staff was also supportive
