When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn’t offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn’t want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

It was a great experience in the resort .., the staff was exceptionally really great.. enjoyed the food a lot . Must visit!! Thanks to Satish bhandari and Vikas pawar. Great service and staff was very helpful. Also recommend to everyone ……..

Satish Bhandari and Vikas pawar were kind and helpful. Food was amazing specially the breakfast. The property is located at the heart of mall road. Amazing amenities and facilities. Recommended for your perfect stay and holiday. ...........

The location was good of Hotel scene is nice and all the rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast. Dinner is very delicious and very hygienic .rooms are very spacious and we love her trip in pride Ashiyana resort Mussoorie Akshaya the food serving is very good by Mr satish and vikash

Nice and calm hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was outstanding. View was good from our room. Stayed in 1109. Food can be better. Parking was good and amble. Very close to the Mall Road. Vineeta ma’am was very fruendly and she gave us a beautifyl room.

We stayed two night here. Front office staff was very good. Specially Ms. Vineeta. Was very helpful. Food was not up to the mark overall was good. Will be surely come back soon. Love the location of the hotel and all staff. Thank you team Pride Ashiyana
