Hotel decente, le camere erano grandi per niente, davvero economico e l'arredamento semplice, le piastrelle in finto marmo, l'interno della camera non era all'altezza del prezzo dell'hotel o della hall al piano inferiore, per il prezzo dell'hotel tutti i comfort e il minibar erano a pagamento, anche il prezzo della colazione non valeva i soldi spesi, la toletta era una barzelletta, prese inutilizzabili sulla toletta, enorme cantiere fuori dall'hotel, l'unica attrazione erano i ristoranti a 5 stelle in loco, tenete i portafogli pieni 😉

New hotel with good views . However it is new and still some amenities are under construction like restaurants. Not worth the price paid could get better at other hotels for better price. Not much to do nearby in the hotel too out of city.

Scrivo questa recensione soprattutto per far emergere i problemi che nessun ospite ha scritto prima di me. Il servizio è ottimo, sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili, anche se il servizio reception è lentissimo, code di 15/20 minuti per fare qualsiasi operazione. Al check-out nemmeno mi hanno chiesto come è andata. Sono andato al concierge per chiedere di chiamare un ristorante dato che non ho la sim omanita, ha digitato il numero e ME L’HA PASSATO A ME DAL SUO TELEFONO. Secondo voi in un St. Regis, da 600€ a notte, è concepibile? Poi parliamo della struttura: palazzo enorme vicino alla spiaggia con una piscina veramente piccola soesso all’ombra rispetto gli altri resort. Il mare di fronte sembra quello di viareggio, ma più o meno è simile in tutta la costa di Muscat. Colazione da Zorla (greco) sempre molto confusionaria e con la manager che si scusa con tutti i clienti tutti i giorni. Ma veniamo alla ciliegina sulla torta: la vista dalla stanza lato esterno! Posto che la stanza di per sè è molto bella e spaziosa, la vista è orribile: impalcature, scheletri di ville in costruzione e operai al lavoro di fronte la mia finestra. Capisco che la fee per la stanza con vista esterna sia più bassa rispetto quella vista mare, ma 600€ a notte per sta roba nemmeno regalata! Avrebbero dovuto scriverlo da qualche parte, da una catena di lusso come il St Regis non me l’aspetto. Per non parlare dei corridoi dell’albergo che sembra di stare su una barca, non sono sicuramente un arredatore d’interni ma sempre rispetto agli altri alberghi visitati lo stile è di basso livello. Mi spiace scrivere questa recensione, ma se l’avessi trovata prima di prenotare avrei scelto un altro posto. Personalmente lo sconsiglio vivamente, ci sono molti posti che costano uguale e sono decisamente meglio. Penso che sarà l’ultima volta che andrò in questa catena in tutto il mondo.

It was amazing Iftar experience.. nice food, nice place and amazing staff.. I enjoyed every moment. The iftar has various items which suits everyone. Omani Coffee served all the time. One of the best Um Ali that I ever had.. and not to forget the nice Lebanese lady who make Zaatar Manqosha 😍

Staff is very welcoming and professional. Food is delicious. Went for an iftar event and had an amazing experience. Will definitely return. I appreciated the art scattered around the hotel, almost every corner ad special item that get your attention

I reached out to St Regis for the arrangement of group Iftar reservations for a 100-pax group, then became 166 on the same day of the event. And of course, the team of Ahmed Atef, specially Soukaina, have been very accommodating, professional and of so much assistance to our on-the-spot requests. From start to end, everything went smoothly and indeed, it was a successful event. Thank you so much and till next time!

The hotel was amaizing and the staff were very friendly, the doorman open the door if the car and smile in a very professional wasy, the lady who welcomed us was very professional her name was Munia and zakatia was assisting her .the food was. Ery delicious and iftar as well
