A big disappointment, i have been many times to Grand Hyatt and always meet my expectations, this time was below any standards in so many different ways, the quality of the service, guest relations, the hospitality and attached to details as they were before is not the same, plus the renovation in the lobby with no notice before, few things were mentioned to the staff already but did not seems to change anything's, unfortunately will be the last time i will stay in Grand Hyatt Muscat.

Non si può sbagliare con un hotel di marca come Hilton. La posizione era ottima, a poca distanza a piedi da negozi locali, caffetterie e catene di fast food nei dintorni. Era sicuro passeggiare la sera. L'hotel in sé è tranquillo anche se siamo arrivati ​​a dicembre. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati velocissimi. Le camere sono pulite e ben arredate. I servizi di lavanderia self-service sono un grande vantaggio che non ci aspettavamo. Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.

La posizione è perfetta, accanto al centro commerciale Accesso diretto dall'hotel dal primo piano. L'interno della stanza è piuttosto obsoleti e il piano è molto freddo anche dopo che il condizionamento dell'aria è fuori. Tuttavia il servizio è buono che verranno se necessario. Resteresti qui in futuro, spero che la stanza sarà molto meglio aggiornato interno

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

Albergo moderno, ubicato nella zona delle ambasciate, collegato tramite un passaggio sopraelevato ad grande centro commerciale. Ho soggiornato per due volte durante un tour dell'Oman, le prime due notti ho avuto una camera executive, con salottino, l seconda una camera standard, entrambe molto funzionali, ben arredate, con letti molto grandi e comodi. L'unico neo la modestia degli accessori da bagno. Molto varia e ricca la colazione a buffet, fruibile anche sul terrazzo, con angolo di show-cooking per piatti espressi. Buona anche la cena ed il pranzo a buffet. l'albergo ha una piscina panoramica sul tetto che però non ho utilizzato.
