It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

Questa è la prima volta che scrivo un cattivo commento su un hotel, ma qui non si sono davvero preoccupati per il servizio clienti! 1. Dobbiamo aspettare più di 45 minuti in coda alla reception per l'iscrizione. L'hotel sembrava piuttosto sottoscritto. 2. Abbiamo detto al ricevitore che la nostra camera d'albergo era fuori da bagni. Anche se l'ha notato, non abbiamo avuto nessuno. Ci siamo rimasti lì per 2 notti e nessuno è venuto a ripristinare il sapone/shampoo nella nostra stanza. 3. La ricevizione non prende mai il telefono. 4. Anche la gente delle camere vicine aveva problemi, riusciva a chiamare il personale di pulizia. Nel scusarsi per la confusione, il personale di pulizia ha ammesso che erano sottoscritti! 5. Il condizionamento d'aria ha smesso di funzionare a metà della notte.

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. Sentitemi: questo hotel ha il miglior servizio - il più professionale - che ho mai incontrato in qualsiasi hotel - e lo dico dalla mia esperienza di soggiornare in hotel 4-5 stelle come regola generale. Servizio di controllo: - ALTRI RISPOSTAMENTI a ogni email (sfortunatamente, le lettere talvolta si atterrano in una cartella di spam, un piccolo errore) - 24/7 there's always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it's not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure there are no unsolved problems or unsatised needs - tutte le informazioni fornite dal sito sono aggiornate - ci è un autobus da una stazione ferroviaria per gli ospiti (fino alle 5 pm) - il personale è perfettamente formato e esperto. Non c'è mai atteggiamento personale, solo un sorriso e una comunicazione chiara. Naturalmente parlando bene l'inglese. - Bonus: sono arrivato molto prima dell’orario di check-in e ho fatto un check-out anche un po’ tardi; non ho dovuto dire una parola e non è stata detto (o chiamata). Anche ho avuto un consiglio su come gestire efficacemente il mio bagaglio per il mio prossimo viaggio. Posizione: un po' lontano dalle stazioni ferroviarie e metro. Alberghi: una piscina molto grande! E una sauna, e una palestra. Sotto è che questi servizi sono in un edificio vicino, quindi se sta ancora indossando il costume da bagno, è necessario camminare su un sentiero pedonale per due minuti come questo. Ma ci sono anche serrature, docce e asciugamani freschi, se preferite cambiare i vestiti prima. Conclusione: migliore combinazione di prezzo, posizione, divertimento e qualità.

This is a really nice hotel, near the Munich Messe, but quite a way out of the central area of the city. No restaurants near the hotel, so dinner in the hotel is recommendable, except for the Friday Night buffet, which is overpriced and not as nice as menu ordered foods in other nights. There are restaurants in the Arcaden, Mall. But I don;t know if they are open at night. The hotel and staff are very nice though.

Allora... l'hotel lo abbiamo scelto per la possibilità bellisima e che non si trova ovunque di avere una cucina con tavolo all'interno della camera. Abbiamo prenotato una suite ma al prezzo di camere normali od appartamenti. L'hotel è facile da trovare il parcheggio privato dell'albergo si paga se non mi ricordo male 7 euro al giorno circa. Fuori dall'albergo c'è una strada dove si può parcheggiare ma noi abbiamo preferito pagare ed essere sicuri. La stanza non mi è piaciuta solo per lo stile che sembrava rimandare ad anni passati,,, ma voluto non perchè vecchio,, anzi. secondo me è stato ristrutturato da poco . I colori erano tenui e la stanza era davvero pulita. Dotata anche di un balcone spazioso e di un bagno purtoppo come quasi ovunque senza finestra. Si dorme benissimo, rumori zero... letti comodissimi , forse i cuscini troppo morbidi per i miei gusti. La parte cucina poco fornita ma comunque con le cose indispensabili , anche lavastoviglie con detersivo incluso ( una tavoletta per giorno) , microonde e macchina del caffè con 3 cialde gratuite al giorno, Una bottiglia di acqua gratuita che però il secondo giorno non abbiamo trovato. Peccato che non c'era per esempio una tovaglia o tovaglioli e strofinacci. Ma pazienza con l'esperienza si impara. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo servita a buffet in un bellissimo piano con tante vetrate e qalche posto a sedere come se fosse in veranda. Tanta scelta, cornetti non buonissimi ma molte cose tra cui scelgiere sia salate, sia dolci. Loro t portano poi le bevande calde . La cosa più bella di questo albergo che davvero vorrei trovare in ogni posto che frequento è la gentilezza del personale. Alla reception all'ingresso abbiamo trovato una SIGNORA SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ci ha accolto con sorrisi, pazienza, simpatia.. Ci ha tolto tutti i dubbi che avevamo circa trasporti, vicinanza al centro, ci ha dato una mappa e ci ha indicato un sacco di cose .... davvero complimenti.. mi è dispiaciuto andare via e salutarla proprio perchè non ti tratta come cliente ma come amico..bravissima!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Per la chiusura dell'oktobwrfest sono stato a Monaco di baviera ed ho preso alloggio presso l'hotel Bentõ. La struttura è di nuova generazione , gli arredi moderni e le stanze ampie. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile mentre il personale della reception è sufficientemente educato. La colazione, seppur non inclusa nel prezzo della camera è classicamente continentale con derrate fresche e variegate. L'unica nota dolente riguarda proprio la reception dove il personale non mastica per nulla l'italiano (cosa strana visto che gli ospiti prevalenti erano italiani).... Consiglio quest'hotel per poter visitare Manaco malgrado sia decisamente lontano dal centro ma servito dalla metropolitana leggera .....

Mi piaceva stare qui, la stanza unica era enorme, il pannello di forma di nuvola di fondo era ridicolo, il bagno era grande, il bagno era grande, la finestra che apre tutta la strada mi ha regalato con freddo, L’aria fresca di crisp e l’accesso gratuito a una macchina da bere che aveva espresso, macchiato, latte vaporizzato, cacao caldo, acqua calda, latte o caffè semplice sono stati un donatore di vita. La metà dell'hotel era piena di rifugiati ucraini, che ho pensato fosse una buona cosa. La mia unica vera denuncia è che è un camion da 25 dollari dalle parti di Monaco che volevo esplorare, e vorrei che la stanza avesse una caldaia, un condizionatore per capelli e un lotion per la mia pelle secca. In generale, ero molto comodo, e quasi non volevo andarmene.
