Hotel in zona St.-Anna-Brunnen, Monaco di Baviera

Dalle foto viste su internet mi aspettavo un hotel più bello di quello che è nella realtà, per questo sono rimasta un po' delusa... Hotel vicino alla stazione cosa che ha lati positivi ma anche negativi: è comodo da raggiungere a piedi dopo essere arrivati in treno ma la zona non mi è sembrata per niente sicura, specialmente la sera. Il presonale mi è sembrato un po' freddo. La struttura è abbastanza vecchia, così come l'arredamento che risulta antiquato. Il bagno e le lenzuola erano puliti. Il materasso era vecchio perciò non il massimo della comodità ma per un paio di notti ci si può adattare. La colazione mi ha sorpresa positivamente poiché le mie aspettative erano basse. È abbastanza varia e ci sono opzioni dolci oltre che al solito salato che si trova spesso all'estero.

Mi piace la posizione, un po' oltre un isolato dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale. La mia unica vera denuncia è che era stato elencato come un letto matrimoniale, ma era due letti gemelli spinti insieme, quindi se dormite nel mezzo, caderete in un crack e non è comodo. Inoltre, mi piacerebbe avere un caffè e un asciugacapelli e forse un condizionatore per capelli ... ma per il prezzo, la posizione e la privacy, considero ancora questo posto un grande vincitore.

La camera è molto comoda e confortevole e le prese accanto al letto su entrambi i lati sono particolarmente impressionanti. Questo è più premuroso di molti hotel. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto, più economico rispetto ad altri paesi dell'Europa occidentale. C'è un ottimo ristorante gourmet tedesco a 20 metri sulla sinistra, con servizio e piatti ottimi.

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Siamo stati tre giorni in questa struttura con amici prenotando quattro camere doppie. Tutte ben pulite, funzionali ed insonorizzate. La colazione è possibile farla nel forno o nel supermercato accanto all'albergo dove sono disponibili tavolini per farla comodamente a sedere. Unico piccolo neo la mancanza di un armadio per conservare l'abbigliamento

I looked at many places (Hilton is usually my go to) but Moxy by Marriott had the best prices and decent reviews. I’m glad I took the chance. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Don’t expect a sewing kit , coffee maker or toothbrush but the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I didn’t opt for breakfast but they didn’t charge me for the cup of tea either. Room is small but sufficient. No closet space to hang clothes (no iron either) but some hooks and few hangers on the wall. Business travelers may want to know this. I had drinks at the bar and snack food and they were decent. The lobby has plenty of sitting, working, eating space and guests do gather which is nice! Again, I definitely got what I paid for and I don’t mean that in a negative way. I’ve stayed in many 5 star places and left disappointed either with room or service. Here you won’t be disappointed. To get to the city center by taxi it’s about 25 to 30 euros. Train station Riem is about 15 minutes by walking. 3 trains to the airport. Hope this helps!

The niu Fury is a pleasant, modern, value-for-money hotel next to an Italian/Indian Restaurant in Dornach on the eastern outskirts of Munich. The hotel is very convenient for the many businesses present in the Dornach business Park. I have stayed there twice now and on both occasions been very happy with the friendly staff, the quality of the room and their breakfast offering. For evening dining, there is an in-house restaurant (which I didn't try) and there is a Italian/Indian restaurant right next door. The main attractions for me were: it's proximity to the business I was visiting; the ease with which I could get there from Munich main station - seven stops on the S2; and the very competitive price (once one has bcome a member of their ”N” club).

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Makram Rezgani, were exceptional in making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I checked out in a hurry and left two items in my room, Makram Rezgani went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

Hotel fuori città ma perfettamente collegato con la SBahn tramite un bus che è proprio dietro l’angolo o per chi viaggia in auto in un paio di minuti e poi x Monaco ci si impiega 15 minuti e si arriva direttamente a Marienplatz. Noi ci siamo spostati divinamente! Parcheggio sia esterno sia sotterraneo gratuito. Macchinetta per il ghiaccio, pulisci scarpe, dispense cibi veloci, tutte le mini guide dei luoghi da visitare a disposizione. Pulizia super in camera e nei luoghi comuni. Colazione molto assortita: mio marito e mio figlio sono impazziti per la macchina dei pancake con a fianco scelta di diverse marmellate, miele e immmancabile nutella ed io ho apprezzato molto la macchinetta dei succhi molto buoni soprattutto quello alla mela, pretzel e panini vari, croissant, macedonia, dolcivi di mela, pane x toast, affettati formaggi etc. Buone anche le bevande calde fatte con una super franke e presente anche una vasta scelta di te. La stanza non era grande ma giusta e comoda x 3, letto molto comodo, bagno fornito di shampoo bagnoschiuma e sapone viso-mani ma non in formato classico mignon da albergo ma bensì formato grande. Una vera comodità. Personale molto gentile e se tornerò a Monaco sicuramente tornerò qui senza nemmeno cercare altro perché c è tutto con un ottimo rapporto prezzo. Grazie a tutti
