Hotel in zona Max-Mannheimer-Platz, Monaco di Baviera

Mi piace la posizione, un po' oltre un isolato dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale. La mia unica vera denuncia è che era stato elencato come un letto matrimoniale, ma era due letti gemelli spinti insieme, quindi se dormite nel mezzo, caderete in un crack e non è comodo. Inoltre, mi piacerebbe avere un caffè e un asciugacapelli e forse un condizionatore per capelli ... ma per il prezzo, la posizione e la privacy, considero ancora questo posto un grande vincitore.

Il Novotel Munchen City è un hotel decente e pulito al di fuori della città antica di Monaco, ma molto accessibile a tutti i suoi abitanti attraverso la S Bahn. Abbiamo una stanza standard a livello 3 e nonostante la nostra stanza sia all'opuscolo dell'ascensore che alla faccia della strada, la nostra stanza era molto tranquilla. Non potevamo ascoltare l'ascensore. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita con un bagno separato. Una buona parte di questo hotel è stato colazione - una selezione molto vasta con multipli caffè in tutto il ristorante, quindi non è necessario aspettare! Abbiamo anche organizzato un check-in precoce per le 9:00, che costa £30 e è arrivato in super comodo. Si trova anche un parcheggio sotterraneo, una palestra e una piscina. In sintesi, un buon hotel a prezzi accessibili in un luogo tranquillo - consigliere.

Alla fine sono andato in un altro Hilton, ma fortunatamente non è lontano. Nel complesso, è un hotel molto conveniente! Tutti devono prestare attenzione al limite di altezza della nostra auto durante la guida. Il limite di altezza dei garage sotterranei in Germania è generalmente di 2 metri. Il garage di questo hotel è relativamente alto e abbiamo parcheggiato con riluttanza. Il costo del parcheggio è di circa 25 euro a notte

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A&O Laim and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way, making my trip to Munich truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The modern decor and cozy ambiance instantly put me at ease, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. With a wide variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty eggs and breads, there was something to satisfy every palate. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day on a high note. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations, whether it was suggesting local restaurants or providing directions to nearby attractions. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

Per la chiusura dell'oktobwrfest sono stato a Monaco di baviera ed ho preso alloggio presso l'hotel Bentõ. La struttura è di nuova generazione , gli arredi moderni e le stanze ampie. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile mentre il personale della reception è sufficientemente educato. La colazione, seppur non inclusa nel prezzo della camera è classicamente continentale con derrate fresche e variegate. L'unica nota dolente riguarda proprio la reception dove il personale non mastica per nulla l'italiano (cosa strana visto che gli ospiti prevalenti erano italiani).... Consiglio quest'hotel per poter visitare Manaco malgrado sia decisamente lontano dal centro ma servito dalla metropolitana leggera .....

The niu Fury is a pleasant, modern, value-for-money hotel next to an Italian/Indian Restaurant in Dornach on the eastern outskirts of Munich. The hotel is very convenient for the many businesses present in the Dornach business Park. I have stayed there twice now and on both occasions been very happy with the friendly staff, the quality of the room and their breakfast offering. For evening dining, there is an in-house restaurant (which I didn't try) and there is a Italian/Indian restaurant right next door. The main attractions for me were: it's proximity to the business I was visiting; the ease with which I could get there from Munich main station - seven stops on the S2; and the very competitive price (once one has bcome a member of their ”N” club).

Molto accogliente posto. Grande prodotto in camera e assolutamente senza spot. Il concetto F&B è buono e si deve provare la pizza, davvero deliziosa. Nella parte superiore della zona divertente è davvero divertente, per giovani e vecchi. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno. Grazie a tutta la squadra. Molto amichevole e attaccata.

Hotel fuori città ma perfettamente collegato con la SBahn tramite un bus che è proprio dietro l’angolo o per chi viaggia in auto in un paio di minuti e poi x Monaco ci si impiega 15 minuti e si arriva direttamente a Marienplatz. Noi ci siamo spostati divinamente! Parcheggio sia esterno sia sotterraneo gratuito. Macchinetta per il ghiaccio, pulisci scarpe, dispense cibi veloci, tutte le mini guide dei luoghi da visitare a disposizione. Pulizia super in camera e nei luoghi comuni. Colazione molto assortita: mio marito e mio figlio sono impazziti per la macchina dei pancake con a fianco scelta di diverse marmellate, miele e immmancabile nutella ed io ho apprezzato molto la macchinetta dei succhi molto buoni soprattutto quello alla mela, pretzel e panini vari, croissant, macedonia, dolcivi di mela, pane x toast, affettati formaggi etc. Buone anche le bevande calde fatte con una super franke e presente anche una vasta scelta di te. La stanza non era grande ma giusta e comoda x 3, letto molto comodo, bagno fornito di shampoo bagnoschiuma e sapone viso-mani ma non in formato classico mignon da albergo ma bensì formato grande. Una vera comodità. Personale molto gentile e se tornerò a Monaco sicuramente tornerò qui senza nemmeno cercare altro perché c è tutto con un ottimo rapporto prezzo. Grazie a tutti
