La stanza non è grande ma sufficiente per aprire la valigia ed è pulita molto bene. L'attrezzatura è completa. Il personale della reception è cordiale e la colazione è ricca. Non è presente il servizio di deposito bagagli. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando la vicinanza alla stazione.
Tuttavia, le notti del fine settimana vicino alla stazione di Monaco sono molto sporche e rumorose. Se non è necessario, si consiglia di portare la MRT in altri luoghi di soggiorno.

Essendo un hotel in centro città, la colazione è più ricca che in altre città e comprende piatti caldi. Si ricevono gruppi di turisti, la colazione è rumorosa e caotica, c'è molta gente e i pasti sono concentrati.
Si trova a circa 1,5 chilometri a piedi dal punto panoramico Marienplatz, circa 25 minuti a piedi.
Parcheggiate l'auto nel parcheggio pubblico adiacente, con limite di 20 euro al giorno, e pagate alla macchinetta presente nel parcheggio.

Alla fine sono andato in un altro Hilton, ma fortunatamente non è lontano. Nel complesso, è un hotel molto conveniente! Tutti devono prestare attenzione al limite di altezza della nostra auto durante la guida. Il limite di altezza dei garage sotterranei in Germania è generalmente di 2 metri. Il garage di questo hotel è relativamente alto e abbiamo parcheggiato con riluttanza. Il costo del parcheggio è di circa 25 euro a notte

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

Era pulito e pulito, fatta eccezione per lo scarico del bagno che non scaricava correttamente. C'erano molte prese di corrente accanto al letto, nel bagno e accanto alla scrivania. I looked at many places (Hilton is usually my go to) but Moxy by Marriott had the best prices and decent reviews. I’m glad I took the chance. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Don’t expect a sewing kit , coffee maker or toothbrush but the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I didn’t opt for breakfast but they didn’t charge me for the cup of tea either. Room is small but sufficient. No closet space to hang clothes (no iron either) but some hooks and few hangers on the wall. Business travelers may want to know this. I had drinks at the bar and snack food and they were decent. The lobby has plenty of sitting, working, eating space and guests do gather which is nice! Again, I definitely got what I paid for and I don’t mean that in a negative way. I’ve stayed in many 5 star places and left disappointed either with room or service. Here you won’t be disappointed. To get to the city center by taxi it’s about 25 to 30 euros. Train station Riem is about 15 minutes by walking. 3 trains to the airport. Hope this helps!

The niu Fury is a pleasant, modern, value-for-money hotel next to an Italian/Indian Restaurant in Dornach on the eastern outskirts of Munich. The hotel is very convenient for the many businesses present in the Dornach business Park. I have stayed there twice now and on both occasions been very happy with the friendly staff, the quality of the room and their breakfast offering. For evening dining, there is an in-house restaurant (which I didn't try) and there is a Italian/Indian restaurant right next door. The main attractions for me were: it's proximity to the business I was visiting; the ease with which I could get there from Munich main station - seven stops on the S2; and the very competitive price (once one has bcome a member of their ”N” club).

Molto accogliente posto. Grande prodotto in camera e assolutamente senza spot. Il concetto F&B è buono e si deve provare la pizza, davvero deliziosa. Nella parte superiore della zona divertente è davvero divertente, per giovani e vecchi. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno. Grazie a tutta la squadra. Molto amichevole e attaccata.

Hotel fuori città ma perfettamente collegato con la SBahn tramite un bus che è proprio dietro l’angolo o per chi viaggia in auto in un paio di minuti e poi x Monaco ci si impiega 15 minuti e si arriva direttamente a Marienplatz. Noi ci siamo spostati divinamente! Parcheggio sia esterno sia sotterraneo gratuito. Macchinetta per il ghiaccio, pulisci scarpe, dispense cibi veloci, tutte le mini guide dei luoghi da visitare a disposizione. Pulizia super in camera e nei luoghi comuni. Colazione molto assortita: mio marito e mio figlio sono impazziti per la macchina dei pancake con a fianco scelta di diverse marmellate, miele e immmancabile nutella ed io ho apprezzato molto la macchinetta dei succhi molto buoni soprattutto quello alla mela, pretzel e panini vari, croissant, macedonia, dolcivi di mela, pane x toast, affettati formaggi etc. Buone anche le bevande calde fatte con una super franke e presente anche una vasta scelta di te. La stanza non era grande ma giusta e comoda x 3, letto molto comodo, bagno fornito di shampoo bagnoschiuma e sapone viso-mani ma non in formato classico mignon da albergo ma bensì formato grande. Una vera comodità. Personale molto gentile e se tornerò a Monaco sicuramente tornerò qui senza nemmeno cercare altro perché c è tutto con un ottimo rapporto prezzo. Grazie a tutti

UUtente ospiteCatena di hotel che già rappresenta una garanzia, bellissima hall, area giochi per bimbi, ottima colazione, bella stanza, seppur piccola per quattro (occhio alla base della doccia, molto scivolosa). Parcheggio 20€/notte. Insomma lo consiglierei se non fosse per la scortesia di due receptionist (in particolare una signora bionda, credo si trattasse della responsabile). La mattina in cui lasciamo la camera, dopo esserci allontanati di parecchio dalla struttura ci accorgiamo che la ns ricevuta riporta un importo che supera i 1.000,00€!!!! Considerando che avevamo pernottato soltanto due notti e avevamo già pagato tramite Booking... Ho chiamato la struttura e la receptionist mi chiede di mandarle la ricevuta, dopo averla mandata la richiamo e mi dice che quella ricevuta indicava soltanto la cauzione. Ovviamente non era così, una cauzione non viene contabilizzata in tal modo, quindi, siamo stati costretti a tornare in hotel per parlarci di persona, con tutto il disagio del lasciare il posto in cui eravamo arrivati e rimetterci in auto con due bimbi al seguito. Una volta arrivati presso la reception ci è stato detto che la ricevuta consegnataci non era la nostra ma per sbaglio ci era stata consegnata quella di un altro cliente, in quanto rimasta sul desk, A quel punto ho fatto presente che bisogna essere più ordinati in modo da evitare problemi ai clienti che, dopo il check-out, si allontanano dalla città. Molto scortesemente la signora bionda in turno domenica 15.05 di mattina, (sicuramente la responsabile) anziché scusarsi dell'accaduto, ha alzato la voce dicendoci di 'non discutere'. Ho richiesto le mie ricevute, che non avevo avuto al momento del check-out. D'altronde avevo già prepagato tramite Booking, quindi si trattava di ricevere uno scontrino di € 44,00 tra parcheggio e acqua. L'errore ci può anche essere, sebbene a causa della loro inefficienza, io abbia perso mezza giornata di vacanza nel fare avanti e indietro, ma la scorrettezza nel cercare di farmi tacere dicendomi 'non discuta' , il non essersi minimamente scusate e il non aver risposto al nostro saluto mentre uscivamo per la seconda volta dall'hotel questo non mi sembra per nulla corretto...

UUtente ospiteWhile the hotel stay was comfortable and the rooms a nice and clean we found the front desk staff rude and unhelpful. From the start they have shown no courtesy, I called up the hotel from the station to inquire about the location and landmark and found the person speaking to me couldnt care less about giving directions. Then when we arrived there, there was no one at the front desk. Since there are two Holiday Inns adjacent to each other we were confused as to which one is ours and kept the cab waiting to check. Finally we had to let the cab go as not one was there to answer our query. After a long wait the lady manning the front desk finally emerged from the cabin and was very rude with us. She couldnt find our reservation, we had to panic call the booking.com customer service and incurred a huge mobile bill for the international call only so that we could confirm our booking. She insisted we had not paid for our rooms and we had to argue and show proof of payment. Any query we had about the hotel amenities or sightseeing were unhelpfully answered. The person who looks after the snacks corner was the only congenial and courteous person. The hotel is within walking distance of a train station and the bus stop is right outside the drive way, There are some good restaurants about 5- 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Lidl is a stones throw away so are a few other grocery stores. Once you get the hang of the place its pretty convenient. The only reason why the rating is average is because the hotel is good and the rooms were comfortable and neat. Otherwise only based on their customer service it would be poor.

UUtente ospiteNon me l'aspettavo così bello! Tutto pulitissimo, l'appartamento è di soli 21 mq ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, phon, necessaire per il bagno, forno microonde, stoviglie, pentole, piatti, tazze, bicchieri... ovviamente TV e aria condizionata, tavolo per mangiare, divano. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è la Lidl, una farmacia, ristorante indiano. Offre una piccola piscina, yoga, roof bar. Faccio i miei complimenti allo staff, cordiale e disponibile. Grazie.

- 24/7 there's always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it's not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure there are no unsolved problems or unsatised needs

- ci è un autobus da una stazione ferroviaria per gli ospiti (fino alle 5 pm)
- il personale è perfettamente formato e esperto. Non c'è mai atteggiamento personale, solo un sorriso e una comunicazione chiara. Naturalmente parlando bene l'inglese.
- Bonus: sono arrivato molto prima dell’orario di check-in e ho fatto un check-out anche un po’ tardi; non ho dovuto dire una parola e non è stata detto (o chiamata). Anche ho avuto un consiglio su come gestire efficacemente il mio bagaglio per il mio prossimo viaggio.
Posizione: un po' lontano dalle stazioni ferroviarie e metro.
Alberghi: una piscina molto grande! E una sauna, e una palestra. Sotto è che questi servizi sono in un edificio vicino, quindi se sta ancora indossando il costume da bagno, è necessario camminare su un sentiero pedonale per due minuti come questo. Ma ci sono anche serrature, docce e asciugamani freschi, se preferite cambiare i vestiti prima.
Conclusione: migliore combinazione di prezzo, posizione, divertimento e qualità.

The room ( on the 5th floor) didn't have air conditioning, no kettle, the shower over bath was just not up to standard, the layout of the room was just not good. The lighting was awful to put it mildly. In short it did not remotely resemble the photographs that the hotel uses on Booking.com. which seem to be the refurbished rooms on floors 1 - 4. On the plus side it was clean and bed adequately comfortable. There are no restaurant facilities in the evening currently available. The area around the hotel isn't great. There are, let's call them, nighttime clubs for men in the immediate area, and I didn't feel very safe after dark, but on the plus side it is close to transport links in very easy reach of main train station. To sum up, it's not the worst place I've stayed but wouldn't recommend or stay again.
