Sono stato in questo hotel due volte e devo dire che gli standard sono alti. Ottime le camere con un letto gigante, ottima la pulizia e il ristorante, sia colazione che gli altri pasti. Gentilissimo ed educato tutto lo staff, e super gentile SIMRAN che ogni giorno accoglie con un sorriso. Consigliato!

Terzo giorno, dopo aver pagato 140 € per late check out abbiamo trovato tutta la camera da rifare. Altre scuse. Ci propongono la cena al buffet con bevande. Ceniamo, ordiniamo acqua e una bottiglia di vino di media qualità. Alla fine viene fuori che il vino non era incluso. Riassunto: disorganizzazione totale, poca pulizia. Si trova di meglio agli stessi prezzi.

Everything is just perfect! It was a great experience during the check-in that was extremely smooth and allowed early check-in. Location was very decent as it was very near to my workplace. The stay was very comfortable including the cleanliness, amenities, hygiene with very comfortable bed and pillows. The sleep quality was very nice as there was no noise at all from outside. The front office staff shows very pleasant and courteous with always to help attitude and behaviour. The housekeeping staff is very non intrusive and make sure that there's no disturbance to the guest in terms of upkeeping of the room. The buffest spread in the breakfast and dinner is very good and tasty. Special thanks to the chef for making a lovely Home Style cooked Pomfret fish. It was like eating at home and not the hotel! Even the door*** always shows happy to help attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend it to the travellers.
