L'hotel ha un aspetto antico, da entrare nel palazzo a entrare nella tua stanza. C'è un ascensore di ricca ricchezza che si porta al tuo piano. I corridoi sono così stretti che non si può stare in piedi se si diffonde le mani. La stanza (n. 106) era a posto con un letto di carpette e regina, ma quando entrammo, c’era un odore molto cattivo di qualcuno che aveva appena fumato dentro. Noi l’avremmo sottolineato, ma essi si sono pure freschi. Fortunatamente il letto era abbastanza pulito e non puzzava. L'unità interna di AC faceva un grande rumore. Non c'era fornitura di tè/caffe'. Non c'era colazione. Devi ordinarlo attraverso i loro ragazzi di servizio. Il processo di check-in e check-out è stato semplice come abbiamo prenotato attraverso MakeMyTrip. In generale, l'hotel è a posto per un breve soggiorno a causa della sua posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale Dadar. Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel è stato solo per una notte che anche noi siamo arrivati tardi a 1.30 e sono rimasti fino alle 11:00.

We are in this hotel as I write, room 1207. Having spent the last 2 weeks travelling around India it is a great pleasure to end up at this hotel. We are so grateful for the almost instant and abundant hot water in the impressive shower and the working and easily controlled AC in the room. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed and the cleaning staff are excellent. Only 1 of our party tried the breakfast (420 rupees - not included in our nightly rate) . She said it was ok but probably a little overpriced in Indian terms. The reception staff are very helpful, printing our our boarding passes for flight home. The area around the hotel is a little down at heel, but there are several supermarkets, ATMs and places to eat nearby. There are always plenty of taxis around as the property is next to a petrol station. Enjoying our stay here.

si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

Everything about my stay at the Taj Tower was incredible. From the impecable service and the location. Making my trip to Mumbai memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque ***tiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Sono venuto a Fairfield per quasi quattro mesi, e, a mano a mano, è una delle migliori proprietà per i viaggiatori di business con un ambiente tranquillo e un personale eccezionale, che soddisfano tutte le esigenze degli ospiti immediatamente. Vorrei rivolgere un urlo speciale a Anup per essere uno dei migliori membri del personale del ristorante Mado Mado. Egli è stato diligente e intelligente sul suo lavoro, ha svolto un ruolo significativo nel rendere i miei viaggi all'hotel e il buffet si fa molto più memorabile.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

This hotel feels old an not in a great way. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with this hotel but just feels ”used”. Staff are helpful and a lot less pretentious then the bog chain type hotels. Location is good if you are flying but for the city or sightseeing it is a bit far out.

Ho avuto una perfetta esperienza in questo hotel. Fornisce standard internazionali e il personale è estremamente utile e gentile. La posizione per le vacanze è buona come si fa direttamente al lago. Se per un viaggio d'affari, potrebbe essere un po' lontano dalla città, soprattutto in considerazione delle condizioni di traffico, altrimenti è fortemente raccomandato.
