Hotel in zona , Mumbai

L'hotel è unico nel suo genere: stile, eleganza ed eccellenza. La posizione è sicuramente il punto più attraente. Tutto il personale è gentile ed educato. La colazione era buona. È stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Amazing sea view (marine drive) however you have to choose during booking. We had comfortable stay and like to stay again whenever visit Mumbai again.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

AMO TUTO DI QUESTO HOTEL. E' cosi' vicino alla marina, voglio dire, devo solo camminare per strada e il mare è proprio davanti a me. Inoltre, la mia camera ha la vista del mare per poter vedere bella vista al sole e al risalto del sole. Anche il ristorante ha un balcone per poter godere della vista mentre si prende il colazione

I loved our stay at President - Ihcl SeleQtions hotel during my business trip. The ambience is really good and staff is so cooperative. Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around. I asked them for a special dinner planning and they were so helpful in arranging everything on time. I would definitely love to visit again and stay there only.

Hotel is very conveniently located near marine drive. The ambiance inside is good. The suit was comfortable though a bit small for the price. The menu for breakfast is not very great. They don't have live counters. Staff is courteous and respectful. Overall a comfortable stay

The only great thing about hotel diplomat is its location. Rest everything is a compromise. The owner a punjabi guy is aware about the location advantage and that's why he is running the hotel in a sub par manner. The overall look of the hotel rooms is of a ordinary government guest house. With old and creaky furniture, the doors of the bathroom remind you of a village sarai. The owner is very stingy. Apart from two bottles of water everyday no more water is supplied except at double the printed charge. Breakfast is very average. Nothing to write home about. The staff though well behaved feel helpless due to the bad owner.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro

Being a solo traveller (I wrongly booked for 2) I was “upgraded” to a room in the top floor with a window that looked into all kind of machines, I didn’t feel comfortable there. Besides there are some metro construction works that make it a bit difficult to reach the place. It’s a 20 minutes distance from Gateway of India but for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting such a 2/3 stars hotel. Breakfast just normal, nothing great
