Great location Good for family stay Airport near You can't get room service like hotel but it's excellent place to stay Big size room You can cook your own food Restaurant food is like home Ambience is good I suggest it when you travel with a group or family members more than 10 people it's good option

I had a great stay there. It was my second visit there and I felt very much at home there. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent and the lady overseeing the breakfast preparation and serving process was always smiling and helpful, making sure the food on the table was replenished promptly and our requests for tea/coffee etc were quickly taken care of. And finally, a very big thank you to Abhijeet at reception who went out of his way at every opportunity to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Theory9 should justifiably be proud of having such a dedicated and helpful person as a member of their front office team.

We were looking for a safe, hygienic and a place with good connectivity and this pretty service apt checked all the three boxes..neatly done, unique and clean rooms. Dining and kitchen area is a shared space with four rooms but you have absolute privacy in respective rooms with no disturbance. Safe and homely environment !! Friendly staff catering your necessities with no hesitance and smile on the face. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the place :)

The service apartment was super kewl midst of bandra..walkable to hill road. Lovely staffs .very helpful. Awesome place.well maintained. Very beautifully done up place. Will definitely recommend stay over here.

We a group of 4 ladies from Singapore and we are so glad that we chose Theory 9 Bandra! We were delighted that our rooms and the property photos online were just the same in real or even better! Clean rooms n toilet, pantry area where there's a huge table to sit n chat n one doesn't have to be confined to their room all the time and there is even a beautiful rooftop however there was some renovations work going on there during our stay in September 2023. What amazed us most was the hospitality radiating from security to room cleaning staff. They were polite and responded immediately to our requests. At a point during our stay, we left behind a package from our shopping in an Ola cab and the front desk staff and even the management staff helped us contact Ola.. the package was not recovered but we will never forget the assistance given by Deandra, Abhijeet, Rahul and Property Mgr - Yohaan / Madhav. We are so thankful to you and your team. Our stay felt like we were with a family. Awesome shopping and nearby food recommendations were provided by Rahul. Abhijeet created a Watsapp account to keep us updated on the possibility of getting our lost package. Deandra and property mgr practically spent hrs trying to hunt down driver and get in touch with the Ola hotline. We will definitely choose Theory 9 again when we visit and you will be our 1st choice of recommendation!

I stayed at Theory9 for a week - Sep 3rd to 10th, 2023 and found it to be an excellent option for travellers like me. 1. The location makes access to places in Bandra and the rest of Mumbai convenient and easy. Should you need to dart out to buy medicines/grab a bite or drink/go for a walk, you're likely to find solutions within a 200 m radius. 2. The rooms are a good size in a city notorious for matchbox dimensions and are very comfortable - got some solid sleep each night - and the bathroom is also spacious with the basics provided for. 3. I found the staff and desk managers to be responsive and super helpful. 4. If like me, you visit Mumbai for work and wish to get teams over for a workshop etc., Meeting9 on the 8th floor seats 8 people comfortably. You can book this space irrespective of whether you stay at Theory9 or not. 5. Common areas on each floor have a sink, induction plate, fridge and micro ***** with enough cutlery and crockery. There's also washers and dryers - I didn't use these for the trip but in case you do, make sure to plan your laundry schedule as the machines get busy!
