Rooms not clean, used water bottles served at room for drinking, toilet not clearn. Beds soft like rock.

The guest house is good for 1 day stay, but need to be more hygienic. Room service is too late and according to rates the rooms are not good. There is no electricity while i has staying in room, i have to change my room to sleep and take shower.

Overall good stay, cooperative staff. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Pleasant experience all together. Will stay in same hotel again if required

Very poor quality rooms and the entire set up was like a cheap lodging.

International travelers should definitely avoid this. It’s an unsafe location. The entrance to the lodge is via a passage located behind the “Ratna Vegetarian Restaurant”, a dingy rat-infested corridor. A flight of stairs to climb and then I saw the front desk where the check in person announced that he can’t give me the room I had booked because I didn’t have an “Aadhar Card”. I had left my luggage on a bench while I was explaining to the Manager that I had a US Passport and hence don’t have the “Aadhar Card” that he demanded. While the Manager was scrutinizing my US Passport another person walked over and sat right next my Carry on bag which only had a zipper for access. I quickly asked the person to step away from my luggage. I then decided to leave the premises ASAP
