Hotel in zona Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai

Everything about my stay at the Taj Tower was incredible. From the impecable service and the location. Making my trip to Mumbai memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

L'hotel era un po' in un'area non igienica. Le camere erano pulite, ma erano un po' piccole, come si vede nelle foto. In generale era una buona esperienza.

La sua esperienza è sorprendente.Il servizio e l'attenzione per i dettagli sono in grado di vivere fino al marchio e alla reputazione di St. Regis. Era pieno di persone, ma il personale ricorda il suo nome e si allontana dal loro modo per rendere ogni dettaglio del vostro soggiorno memorabile. Abihijit, al ristorante dei Seven Fires, ci ha preso cura eccellente e ha avuto il piacere di parlare con noi. Il capo Taj, al Sahib, ha preparato un incredibile pasto dal menu per noi. Il conforto dei loro conducenti e delle loro auto per *** mai attraverso questa città è prezioso. Conoscono le migliori aree di cibo stradale, shopping e visibilità. Cercare di farlo da soli sarebbe stato un *** sforzo. L'unica peculiarità di questa proprietà è la propensità degli ospiti a fare colazione nei loro pigiama mentre si incantano le mutandine. Il Spa è il prossimo livello. Abbiamo fatto un pacchetto di coppie e è stata una buona esperienza dopo una settimana sulla strada. Forse la migliore esperienza di spa che abbiamo avuto sempre, incredibile servizio e facilità. Il valore di questo hotel è quasi ridicolo in considerazione del prezzo. Un'esperienza simile in Europa o negli Stati Uniti e si pagherà 4-5x il prezzo. Questo è un soggiorno che riusciremo a riposare per molto tempo. Il bar è stato fissato molto alto da questa splendida proprietà.

si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

Ero nella stanza numero 2909. Tutti i lavoratori erano molto amichevoli, soprattutto Vivek. E' un tipo cosi' bello e abbiamo parlato molto. Ma come ho scritto, tutti i lavoratori erano molto amichevoli e cortesi. Il cibo era sempre molto delizioso, le camere sono molto confortevoli e si può dormire molto bene sul letto. L'hotel stesso ha un impianto di scala e era sempre molto pulito. Era un piacere per me essere qui. Piacere di nuovo Fabi

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)

La posizione è buona.Le strutture e le strutture sono molto pulite.Il personale è anche molto cordiale e coraggioso. La posizione è un po'scura.C'è un ristorante e un bar vicino.

I rullini di carta da bagno erano così piccoli che dovevamo chiedere un'ulteriore ricarica ogni giorno - ci stavano ancora adattando alla deliziosa ma spezia cucina locale. Il ristorante dell'hotel era tranquillo e vuoto. Tuttavia, vi era un eccellente ristorante indipendente situato accanto all'hotel. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e non ci sono stati altri problemi oltre a quelli menzionati.
