We had a really nice stay at J Hotel. The location was not too far from the city center, had several restaurants nearby, extremely clean and modern and the facilities were really nice. Love the gym and pool right in front of the mosque.

I had an amazing stay at your hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Quality for money. Exceeds my expectations. A number of eateries nearby and everything in the hotel is so new. The pool is clean and don’t forget to take a pic with the Jaguar in front of the hotel.

Basic is trendy and the electronics are up to standard. Modern electronic. Sufficient amenities would be preferred. Pool are alright and extended timing is great. Gym however is quite disappointing and with only 4 machines only 1 is functioning for a new hotel.

The hotel is really near to the restuarants and shops. Jist walk few steps.

Friendly staff, room is well maintained, treadmill plus pools.

Second stay and i absolutely enjoy my stay and time in J hotel. staffs are very friendly and kind, they make sure all requests are met.

Pretty central to go anywhere and affordable. Restaurants are just steps away.

The room is clean and spacious. Amenities quite new and modern. But the sound proof is a bit poor, my next door is partying all day, can’t get a good rest

J Hotel is the perfect place to stay. Clean, tidy, quiet, modern and with a great staff. The room was great with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities that I needed.

The hotel is very basic. The reservation team will need improvement as I called in to get them to do some minor changes on my booking but was not getting an email from them until I write in to check on my booking and they replied which i noticed that my email address was spelled incorrectly even though i repeatedly spell out the email address for more than 3 times. The towels given was with stains and face towel was not provided until i requested for it. Overall experience was pleasant and location is convenient as they are some eateries around that served good and decent food. In conclusion, while I enjoyed the overall experience and would consider staying again, I hope the management addresses the lapses in the reservation process and housekeeping service. With these improvements, this hotel could truly offer a seamless and exceptional experience.
