Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. 5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

L'appartamento è stato facile da trovare usando Google Maps e offre parcheggio gratuito convenientemente vicino all'ingresso principale. Il proprietario era molto utile e ci ha aiutati a portare la nostra bagaglio nella nostra stanza, rendendo così più facile la nostra arrivo. L'appartamento era pulito, il letto era super comodo, e era ben attrezzato, facendo per un soggiorno molto comodo. Raccomando molto questo posto a chiunque cerca una grande esperienza

Возникла необходимость посетить Бурсу, и при поиске отеля для нас были важны цена и сервис. Поэтому выбрали данный отель. При заезде приятно удивили комфортные апартаменты, отзывчивые менеджеры, особая благодарность мистеру Тарику. Также было удобно, что менеджеры разговаривают на английском.

Per chi partecipa a eventi e conferenze, la posizione è ideale, proprio accanto al BUTTİM.

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

L'hotel è semplicemente affascinante, con una bella vecchia architettura che riflette davvero lo spirito di Bursa. La posizione è eccellente, rendendo molto facile esplorare la città. La stanza è spaziosa, comoda e molto ben mantenuta. Il personale è sempre gentile e utile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, il prezzo è molto ragionevole per ciò che l'hotel offre, rendendolo un grande valore per i soldi. Molto consigliato!

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.

Nel complesso, il prezzo era accettabile, ma quando ho controllato, il Wi-Fi non funzionava. Mi hanno detto che sarebbe stato riparato entro due ore. Ho chiesto di nuovo e mi hanno promesso di sistemarlo entro sera. Ma la mattina successiva non funzionava ancora, il che ha influito sul mio lavoro e mi ha costretto a trasferirmi in un altro hotel senza alcun rimborso per il resto del soggiorno. Inoltre, in bagno la doccia perdeva e il pavimento era bagnato. Il personale sembrava gentile e cordiale, ma dare informazioni false sul Wi-Fi non è affatto carino.
