Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. L'hotel ha lasciato sentimenti molto controversi. Da un lato - un meraviglioso pasto, personale educato, un buon spa. Ma dall'altro ci sono conseguenze: 1) L'hotel è situato a parte la zona sciistica principale. Se c'è poco neve e non c'è alcuna transizione sciistica verso le principali corse - si consiglia di prendere un taxi, nessun trasferimento. 2) La zona spa è ben pensata, ma per qualche motivo il jacuzzi non funziona, e l'acqua è fredda. 3) Noleggio di attrezzature e di solito centro sciistico. In primo luogo, non possono rispondere alla domanda che cosa funziona e cosa non è. In secondo luogo, il prezzo non è in qualità. La noleggio di un casco costa metà del set completo di sci - prima incontro tale prezzo. Bene, naturalmente, nel settore dello sci, i prezzi sono piacevoli, anche se l'attrezzatura è peggiore. Il riassunto sarà questo: se il principale obiettivo del catalogo, e subito ci saranno problemi di neve - l'hotel chiaramente non giustifica il suo costo. Se l'obiettivo è rilassante e le montagne in generale - penso che l'opzione sia eccellente, soprattutto se la zona spa è riparata.

L'appartamento è stato facile da trovare usando Google Maps e offre parcheggio gratuito convenientemente vicino all'ingresso principale. Il proprietario era molto utile e ci ha aiutati a portare la nostra bagaglio nella nostra stanza, rendendo così più facile la nostra arrivo. L'appartamento era pulito, il letto era super comodo, e era ben attrezzato, facendo per un soggiorno molto comodo. Raccomando molto questo posto a chiunque cerca una grande esperienza

In generale, siamo stati soddisfatti, ma io ho sentito il servizio svizzero, e sembrava che fosse una vacanza di scuola e che avrebbe accettato gli ospiti di una struttura. Indipendentemente dalla folla, occorre fare un passo professionale per migliorare la qualità del servizio del personale. Nota dettagliata: le uova raccolte sono raccolte per molto tempo, devono essere applicate tecniche di cucina adeguate. Un'impianto che preferisco di nuovo, nonostante i problemi di servizio.

Возникла необходимость посетить Бурсу, и при поиске отеля для нас были важны цена и сервис. Поэтому выбрали данный отель. При заезде приятно удивили комфортные апартаменты, отзывчивые менеджеры, особая благодарность мистеру Тарику. Также было удобно, что менеджеры разговаривают на английском.

Great value for a creative mind!! Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^ Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
