Удобное бронирование в отеле без предоплаты. Бронировали люкс на 2 ночи на 3 взрослых. В результате, когда приехали к отелю их аэропорта, шел сильный дождь, попросили открыть шлагбаум и пропустить такси на территорию, иначе в такой дождь зонтик сильно не спасал, отказали, пришлось с чемоданом идти пешком до отеля, конечно промокли. На ресепшене быстро оформили, в номере на 3-его человека ничего не было готово (ни спальное место, не было халата, тапочек, мыльных принадлежностей, полотенец, чашки для чая). Пришлось звонить на ресепшн и уже в нашем присутствии все готовили и доносили. Хотя за сутки до заселения пришло письмо на почту, что готовятся к нашему заселению))) В номере есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни (шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам для тела, бальзам для волос, расческа, зубная щетка и паста, бритвенные принадлежности, тапочки, халаты, чайный набор и кофейный, в номере кофемашина, но было всего 2 капсулы, опять на троих было не все. Причем 3 капсулу так и не принесли в номер. Вечером обнаружили пустую бутылку из-под вина от прошлых жильцов, позвонили на ресепшен, на следующий день убрали и т.к. на ресепшене я сказала, что могли бы в качестве извинения принести фрукты хотя бы, то в обед нам принесли фрукты и бутылку вина (вино не съедобное совсем) Завтраки, которые включены в оплату, очень достойные, разнообразные: сыры, ветчина, колбаса, овощи, каши (2 вида), яичница, омлет, бекон, сосиски, блинчики с мясом и просто блины, йогурты активиа, пахлава, бисквит, печенье, сок из пакетов и вино (кислое, пить его невозможно). Единственный минус, еда не подогревается. Территория довольно большая, есть симпатичные места для фото, живут лебеди и караси, есть зоопарк (он платный, можно было бы для проживающих отеля хотя бы 50 % скидку делать), звери много звуков издают и их слышно даже через закрытые окна, надо бы зоопарк было размещать не перед отелем, а где-то подальше. На территории много искусственных деревьев. Ресторан на территории отели хороший, блюда там съедобные, хотя хотели попробовать пирожное картошка с золотом, но золота не было( Добираться до достопримечательностей удобно на такси, в Пятигорске яндекс-такси работает хорошо и недорого. Мы жили 2 ночи и потом уезжали в другое место, но перед аэропортом пришлось еще на 1 ночь забронировать отель, не стали искать другой отель и взяли номер стандарт на 1 ночь, в этот раз учли все ранее полученные замечания и на 3 взрослых было все готово, но дополнительное место короткое, на рост 185 см пришлось к раскладушке придвигать кресло, чтобы не свешивались ноги. В отеле можно с комфортом отдыхать после замечаний.
