Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Leishan

I booked this hotel as I had read good reviews. Indeed this B&B is impressive. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. There is even a bathtub next to the window with a view. You will need to contact the hotel owner prior to arrival at the village so that a porter will meet you at No. 6 风雨桥, which is located about 100 meters where the shuttle bus drop you at the entrance to the village. You will not be able to find your way to the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is rather hidden away. The two young chaps who picked us were extremely polite, cheerful and eager to serve. They carried our luggages where we walked to reach the station of a golf cart type of vehicle. You board the vehicle and alight at the first stop up the mountain (see picture 6). The simple breakfast fare of home-cooked noodle soup with minced pork, hard boiled egg, sweet corn and sweet potato was delicious. The soup base looked bland but it was very tasty. The location of this B&B is superb as you can walk down the slope to reach the village center in 10 minutes. Tip: we took the golf cart vehicle and travelled uphill and alighted at the end (Pastoral Sightseeing area) where there is roundabout for the vehicle to loop back to the terminal. It is recommended to alight here where you will see beautiful vast green pastures and lotus flowers were in bloom. You can then wait for the sightseeing bus (your entrance ticket would cover four sightseeing bus trips) at the opposite platform and it will bring you to the top viewing platform to see the whole village lighted up in the evening. To return to the hotel, you then take the sightseing bus back to the Pastoral Sightseeing area. From here you wait for the golf cart vehicle to transfer you back to the hotel. How I wish someone had posted these information on this Trip.com review platform as it was a bit confusing on how to take the different vehicles in the mountain. Lastly, thank you to the owner of this B&B for making our trip a memorable one.

È stata molto amichevole, responsabile e attenta. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, proprio accanto al punto panoramico. Dalla nostra camera avevamo una vista mozzafiato sull'intera area. Offrono anche laboratori di batik e una deliziosa colazione. Al ritorno, la governante ci ha accompagnato fuori dall'attrazione turistica e ci ha aiutato di nuovo con i bagagli. Io e il mio amico siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti, è stata la parte migliore di tutto il viaggio! 🌹🌹

Il posto era fantastico, mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Ho scelto la camera con la vasca da bagno sul balcone ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Il personale parlava un inglese di base, ma è stato molto disponibile e ha cercato di rendere il mio soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. La vista era mozzafiato, la camera era ben attrezzata e la colazione era interessante (cinese). Se volete godervi il vostro soggiorno qui, prendete in considerazione i miei seguenti consigli: - Lasciate i bagagli alla stazione di Kaili o al centro turistico e prendetevi solo il tempo necessario per il vostro soggiorno, perché dovrete prendere 2 autobus e camminare in salita su scale irregolari per raggiungere questo hotel (che non ha ascensori, quindi ci sono più scale per raggiungere la vostra camera). Sarà semplicemente frenetico, quindi depositate i bagagli e arrivate qui leggeri. - Cercate di contattare l'hotel prima del vostro arrivo o contattateli tramite WeChat, poiché l'hotel è difficile da trovare una volta scesi dall'autobus alla fermata; vi verranno a prendere e vi porteranno in hotel, anche se è a pochi minuti di distanza. - Sono stato il primo straniero a soggiornare qui, come turista internazionale. Sono sicuro che amerete il posto, ma tenete presente che solo poche persone parlano inglese e che la segnaletica è in inglese. Il personale dell'hotel comunicherà tramite un traduttore. È facile, ma siate preparati. - Tenete presente che la colazione è cinese, non occidentale, quindi include noodles e verdure, niente caffè. Abbiamo trascorso due notti meravigliose in questo soggiorno e ha superato completamente le nostre aspettative. Il paesaggio è davvero incredibile la proprietà si trova in un valle tranquillo circondato da colli rotolanti e lussuosi verdi. Risvegliarsi a queste opinioni ogni mattina è stato il momento perfetto per il giorno. Il personale (e i proprietari) sono eccezionalmente amichevoli e benvenuti, trattano gli ospiti come la famiglia, sempre con un sorriso caldo, risposte rapide a qualsiasi richiesta, e un vero e proprio cura. Nonostante la sua permanenza a casa, il servizio a livello dell'hotel era eccellente. Le camere erano senza scena pulite, i letti erano comodi, le strutture erano ben pensate, e tutto correva bene. Ha avuto quel fascino personale, come casa, combinato con standard professionali. La colazione era un vero e proprio accento. Fresco, generoso e delizioso una bella miscela di piatti locali, tutti fatti con ingredienti di qualità. Ci aspettavamo ogni mattina. Il luogo che ha davvero posto in parte è stato il guida turistica informativo fornito dall'ospite, che ci ha dato raccomandazioni pratiche, aggiornate, ci ha aiutato a pianificare i nostri giorni in modo efficiente, a sottolineare pietre nascoste, e anche a fornire assistenza con il trasporto locale e il calendario. Ci ha salvato molto tempo e ha reso il nostro viaggio molto più piacevole. In generale, questa è la combinazione perfetta di scena stupenda, ospitalità calda e servizio affidabile. Rimaneremo felicemente qui e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque cerca un'esperienza memorabile, senza problemi in un bellissimo ambiente. 5 stelle!

I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

Even though the check-in time was quite late, the host kindly guided us through WeChat Messenger from the taxi pick-up at Kailinan Railway Station(凯里南站) all the way to the b&b! Even though it was 1 AM, a very late hour, they took us for a walk around the area and used a translation app to explain everything to us in detail, making sure we understood. They even lent us a power bank since our battery was running low. As soon as we entered the b&b, we were impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was, especially the bathroom and shower, which are areas we are most sensitive about. The amenities provided were more than sufficient. The view from the accommodation was also fantastic, with the location being close to an observation deck, offering beautiful views at all times. We also had free water and beverages in the fridge. The host kindly reminded us not to miss breakfast and served pho and snacks that were light and easy to enjoy in the morning. The warm soy milk in the winter was a nice touch. After check-out, we had another chance to explore the area. The host kindly stored our heavy luggage for us, which was very thoughtful. Finally, they explained the way to Kailin South Station and even saw us off. It’s not easy to travel in this area even for locals, but thanks to the host’s thoughtful care and attention for us, two foreigners, our Guiyang trip became a very enjoyable experience. If we visit Guiyang again, we will definitely stay here.

Le pensioni nel villaggio Miao hanno generalmente ottime recensioni, e quella in cui ho soggiornato era davvero carina. Anche con la ventola di aspirazione sempre accesa, la puzza era insopportabile quando aprivo la porta del bagno al mattino. Ho subito pensato a uno sturalavandini: economico ed efficace, ma non molto gradevole esteticamente. Ma l'odore del bagno mi ha davvero tenuto sveglio per due notti! 😂

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.
