Attenzione sempre elevata ai particolari, personale molto cortese, dalla Reception al personale di sala agli altri servizi. Molto soddisfatti. Piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bravura e competenza di Julia nel proporre esercizi customizzati alle lezioni di risveglio muscolare.

Struttura di ottimo livello. Tutto molto curato nei dettagli. Personale cortese ed attento ad ogni esigenza, super il front-desk. Eccellente posizione, ampia spiaggia e piscine. Buffet variegato e di qualità elevata sia al mattino che alla sera; consigliata la mezza pensione; meno interessante il ristorante a pagamento con vista però molto bella. Animazione soft, ma molto efficente con spettacolo serale delle fontane da non perdere. Unico neo ci sono delle camere "economy" e non è specificato che hanno vista lato strada; sebbene ben insonorizzate può non essere la prima scelta. Una piacevole scoperta dove trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla in un posto non affollato. Molto adatto ai bambini.

It was the best experience hotel we ever had. Everything was perfect - the reception, the rooms, the food, the beach, the swimming pools, and especially the crew - all of them were very kind with a smile and willing to help. One of the best facility was the Wellness SPA , a perfect place to relax on a very high class. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

Stayed some 5 days here with my girlfriend. It was one of the best hotels I visited so far. Very nice and clean. Good food, many choices of restaurants and bars, nice spacious rooms, nice private beach, very nice pools, good services, polite staff, everything was perfect.

Great Holidays in Greece 🇬🇷 in Halkidiki Pomegranate Wellness Spa hotel is Amazing. The room with the sea view is comfortable The swimming pools and the Beach 🏖️ are very good. The Kids Club is top. My children played there everyday in the morning and in the evening. Thank you to Sofia Irynq and Elli for their kindness and patience with our children. The service and the hospitality are top level from the front desk reception to all the people working inside the hotel.

I and my family visited this luxurious hotel for summer vacations and it really exceeded our expectations.we stayed in the family suite.Wonderful and spacious ,equipped with all the things you expect from a luxury hotel.Hermes and chopard amenities,beautiful views and very clean.The beds were extremely comfortable and the air condition super quiet and effective!!!The breakfast super rich with high quality food!!!The beach sandy and the sea clean and ideal for families!!!The beach service perfect and generally all the stuff is helpful and accommodating!!!I definitely come back next year!!!Thank you for our wonderful vacation!!!

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. The only people(hotel employees) who were helpful were the cleaning ladies. The restaurant there(Myrtales) is totally out of order! Every night there was a smell of dirty sewage and for 3 days no one even tried to give me some assistance for that unpleasant situation . There is a “non reservation of the sunbed”rule .Despite that actually most of them is reserved . Even the staff was reserving sunbeds for some of the guests. You go the beach or the pool and the staff there tells you”Sorry! It’s reserved!” :D . Out all approx 20 people of staff we have encountered with only 2 of them were kind of helpful and positive. Most of them were rude and unpleasant. I would give that resort rate 3/10. I’m definitely NOT coming back. PS .The breakfast was fine! Good SPA procedures!

We stayed in Pomegranate hotel for the first time during July 2023 with one kid 5 years old. Hotel has a big property, nice beach and two swimming pools. Reception staff is ok, their manager is really nice. Food in hotel is ok but for the hotel that size it should be more food choices and they should be more flexible with food preparation for the kids during dinner without prior notice. Room was nice but some furniture needs to be replaced because it is slightly damaged. If you don't like to walk a lot you need club car to take you to the beach and club card drivers are really nice. Fountain show in the night is great. The biggest highlight for me was kids club property and program and girls that work there and take care of the kids with special mention of Julija, kids club manager. She is really exceptional, she organized waffles baking class for my child which was great experience and you can feel calm to live your kid in the club. Overall my experience with this hotel is good, I would recommend it and also I would gladly return to stay again in the same hotel.

Great food, lovely atmosphere created by the entertainment team, amazing spa and hot beach with cooling sea (or sea water pool) - perfect combination for the quality rest. The whole entertainment team was superb: thanks Sofia, Elli, Alex, Nadine, Irina and Julia for taking care of our kids (1.5y, 6y, 7y). The day-to-day program in the kids club was interesting and useful. I liked especially pizza and waffle making. My kids were fond of darts, bocha, uno and minidisco :D. Big respect for organizing the kids talent show - it was amazing. I also tried not to miss morning exercises held by Julia and Nadine. Nice way to start your day. Special thanks to Nadine for tabata. Glad, we made it to the end, though it was hard, I admit. 1 more good thing about the kids club, that it now worked till 23:00 for the first time. So we could leave our children there after the fountain show and have a drink in the bar. There was also evening program there like karaoke and quiz, Greek dancing and live music depending on a day of the week.
