Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Sono stato in grado di ottenere la suite con una camera da letto e decorarla per il compleanno di mia moglie. Era molto eccitato e adorava la camera in cui eravamo. Ritornerei sicuramente e consiglierei questo hotel.

This review is only my experience after 3 weeks in this place. Not a good one.manager prefers work crews in the area opposed to single business people. Many things went wrong in my room as well as on the property however he always had some excuse. The straw that made me leave was that every weekend there were free for alls and no supervision. People would be drunk and smoking pot and noone in the hotel told them to stop. I was told that I would have a quiet apt for anger stay. Every weekend I got no sleep. One night 2 girls checked in at midnight and kept me up all night which caused me to miss a meeting. The sales woman told me there were no one bedrooms available that weekend so people had to be put in the room under me. Not true. I checked on line I was able to book 3 one bedrooms available. I would never check in with children or even business men. This place is good for truckers only.also truckers were washing their trucks in the small parking lot on weekends. All this place want is too fill rooms. They don't care with whom.

This hotel chain offers good pricing for extended stay. I paid about $75/night if you book 7 days or more. At check, the front desk staff was friendly. The the problems began. Service: The checkout process was a disaster. I paid for 2 weeks up front and I was told to come back on Friday to book for the next week. Well I decided not to extend another week and asked to be checked out. I was told there was a balance of $220 due. I asked what was the reason for the balance because I paid up front for 2 weeks and during my whole stay I wasn’t notified I had a balance. General manager was there. He couldn’t figure out where the balance was coming from but he still demanded me to pay because that’s what the system said. I again refused to pay since there wasn’t an explanation. Manager got upset, ripped my receipt and threw it in the trash. The next day I noticed they charge me the $220 anyway. I ended up disputing with my bank and got my money back. I’m sure they will not allow me to stay there anymore which I can care less. Hotel: the “breakfast” área smelled like urine. There were dirty clothes on the floor and was told they were from a homeless guy that left them in there. Breakfast is stale coffee that had coffee grounds in it and those packaged muffins you get from Walmart and some granola bars. Carpet on hallways was so dirty and the hallways smell like **** (I’m a **** smoker myself but not indoors). I could tell there were people that have been living there for a long time. When their door was open I noticed piles of trash everywhere in the room. Housekeeping never went to my room even after I asked multiple times. I stayed at Motel 6 that was cleaner than this. The rooms have a kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher. You have to request dishes from the front desk. I wanted to eat some cereal. They were out of bowls so they gave me a plate. ESA is a hit or miss. You either get a nice clean hotel with good service or you get some trashy looking hotel with attitudes.

During a very difficult time in my life, this place became home. From the cleaning staff, who work tirelessly round the clock, to the front desk to maintenance, to the kitchen, etc. it has become my safe haven. The rooms/suites are more than roomy, it's updated and the kitchen is phenomenal. I would give this 10 stars for the facility and 10 stars for the entire staff.

Ci era solo un ascensore che lavorava tutto il tempo - come era stato quando ci siamo fermati sette mesi fa. La piscina era ”stata riparata” Quindi non era aperto. Sembrava buono, ma non disponibile agli ospiti. La mattina seguente la TV nella nostra stanza non funzionava e non funzionava neanche nella stanza principale dove si mangiava colazione. E infine, la testa del doccia aveva acqua che usciva da solo 1 su 3 possibili Grazie a Dio entrambi siamo stati abbastanza alti per raggiungere la testa del doccia per regolarla un po'. Non sono sicuro di cosa fare se sei 5'2.

Molto nuovo hotel, la colazione non è buona

Sono rimasto in questo hotel a partire da febbraio 2022 quando ho iniziato la mia chemioterapia al Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center a Basking Ridge. Sono stato diagnosticato con una rara forma di linfoma non Hodgkin chiamato linfoma di cellule di Mantle nel maggio 2021. Sono estremamente grato per questo hotel per albergarmi mentre sono in zona per i trattamenti, e per le scansioni. Migliorando, le mie visite sono meno frequenti, ma sono rimasto qui il mese scorso, e volevo ringraziare il personale per la gentilezza, soprattutto Maya Dawkins e Jossehlyn. Grazie a tutti. We're Bonvoy members because we like Westins. According to the Marriott corporate website, the Marriott brand and the Westin brand are both considered “Premium” Bonvoy properties. As such we expected a similar level of service to what we've received staying in Westin properties. Unfortunately this particular Marriott is a stunning disappointment. We arrived at the property for check-in to find there was no valet parking. They charge a parking fee of $15.00US, which they charged by default, even if you have no vehicle there. Several of our friends who arrived by taxi had been charged. They had to call back and get the charges removed. In addition, there was no staff at all to assist with baggage. Everyone had to haul their own. There was an exciting scavenger hunt to find a luggage cart whenever you needed one. The rooms are clean and present well. I appreciate that there are walk-in showers instead of tubs. I question the choice to use a vinyl composite flooring instead of carpet. The hard surface makes the room noisy, the floor cold, and has a very “Super 8” feel to it. As with the Westins, the beds are quite comfortable. We originally intended a 7 night stay, but due to reservation issues we opted to cut back to 5 nights. I've called the property a dozen times over the course of 14 months to reserve a hospitality suite for the week. The sales manager here is either incompetent, lazy or both. In that 14 month window she was unable to fulfill even this exceedingly basic request. She ignored every single one of Marriott's 5 core values and ruined a trip we've been planning for three years. Our first experience with the on-site dining elicited a mixed reaction. The food was better than expected, and our server was extremely accommodating. We had a table that ended up being 12 people (started with 6, expanded as additional people arrived). Some left and others took their spots. All told we were there about 2-1/2 hours. The hostess was quite cranky, apparently it was inconvenient for her that we were still buying drinks and chatting. She pointed out a few times that we couldn't stay long, as she had another group coming in. That struck us as odd, as she'd told us earlier that they don't take reservations. Even our server was getting annoyed with her, probably afraid she was ruining his tips. We found that breakfast service is short, closing by 9:30, and the staff member in charge of the lobby coffee was quite anxious to shut off the coffee machine Friday morning, even though several of us were gathered in the lobby chatting and...wait for it...drinking coffee. Apparently she was afraid the guests would avail themselves of...guest amenities? There was no coffee service at all on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Hotel tip: Anyone staying at a property Marriott considers “Premium” shouldn't have to order coffee delivered. The convention space is nice. It's smaller than most I've been to, and really too small for the convention we were attending. That
