Questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato, o non è affatto un hotel. Innanzitutto le scale che portano all'ingresso dell'hotel sono sporche. Sembra che siano entrati dei senzatetto. In termini di posizione, l'hotel è molto vicino alle strade animate della città e il rumore proveniente dalla discoteca di notte è molto rumoroso. La stanza non era molto insonorizzata, sentivo i movimenti delle persone che andavano su e giù. La trapunta e il pavimento della stanza erano molto sporchi e vecchi, il che rendeva molto pruriginoso dormire la notte. Allora questo hotel deve essere molto vecchio e i pavimenti in legno scricchiolano quando ci cammini sopra. Smettila! Smettila! Smettila! Non spendere soldi per sentirti offeso!

Best hotel located in downtown

Hotel centrale situato nel Quartiers des Spectacle, dispone di diverse camere con bagno o senza(quella che ho preso io). Ho soggiornato due notti, la prima ero al secondo piano e la camera era piccola e abbastanza rumorosa visto che la finestra era direttamente sulla strada, la seconda notte ero al primo piano dove c'è la reception e la camera era decisamente più spaziosa e c'era meno rumore(scegliete questa se possibile). Il prezzo comprende una discreta colazione a buffet.

Think about your wants and needs before considering a reservation at this place. It's important to understand that it operates more like a hostel or guest house rather than a hotel. There are no private bathrooms or kitchen facilities available and lacks concierge services. The beds might not meet everyone's comfort expectations, and the breakfast they provide consists mainly of cereal, toast, and fruit. The floorboards are creaky, and the walls are thin. While the experience wasn't terrible, it also didn't reach hotel status. This could be a suitable choice if you're traveling on a budget or have flexible accommodation preferences. At least it’s conveniently located near the metro and downtown areas and was fine for a one-night stay.

The room is very large and pleasant in itself but small details here and there are to be reviewed: no light bulb on the bedside lamp, impossible to operate the TV and the desk drawer was missing. We were only there for one night, so these details were not really important. The hotel is well located in the center.

I’ll start this review by saying something nice: this is an inexpensive hotel. If price is your one concern, read no further. I’d stayed at this hotel twice before. It’s more of a glorified dorm or hostel than anything else. And that was OK in the past. On this visit, it seemed that the management had just stopped paying attention. The chain on the toilet was broken. The carpet in the halls is dirty and threadbare. The blinds in our room were askew (see photo). One power outlet didn’t have a plastic fitting around it, so plugs fell out (see photo). The sink basin in the bathroom is detached partially from the wall. There was no hand or bar soap anywhere in the room, which seemed odd, especially for this time in history. There was an iron but no ironing board in the closet, which did however contain a full-sized child’s playpen. The hot water heater takes up half the bathroom (see photo). The towels were like tissue paper. But it was clean! Just be forewarned: you’re getting exactly what you pay for here. I think I’m done with this place.

The mattress were so uncomfortable we had to leave at 5am because we couldn't take it anymore. We had a private bathroom in our room so we were the lucky ones for that. I think it would of been perfect for younger people . But 30 and up I wouldn't recommend . Staff was very nice .

L'hôtel offre habituellement un bon rapport qualité / prix, mais malheureusement, je ne prévois pas réserver à nouveau chez vous. À cause de cette désolante mésaventure : L’annulation était possible 48 heures avant l’arrivée. J’ai essayé, 19 heures avant l’arrivée, de faire modifier la réservation puisque le prix de la chambre standard avec salle de bain que j’avais réservée était $50 plus cher à ce moment qu’au moment où j’ai réservé. L’Hôtel a refusé sans possibilité de discussion… J’ai alors demandé à ******* d’aviser l’hôtel que je prendrais la chambre, telle que réservée mais que ce serait la DERNIÈRE fois que je réserverais là, moi qui ai pourtant séjourné à quelques reprises à cet endroit. C’est fini. Désolé

Initialement 4 nuits réservées, nous sommes partis 1/2h après le check in! Pas de sdb ni toilettes dans la chambre (contrairement aux photos), odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, mini climatisation ultra bruyante, 40° dans la chambre, sanitaires communs juste horribles! Des mégots dans le lavabo, toilettes bouchés, les escaliers communs recouverts de poussière...bref pas terriblement comme accueil après 10h d'avion!!!
