Hotel in zona Chai Castel＇Âne, Montpellier

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 5 notti. Ci siamo arrivati circa le 14:00 e c'era solo una persona che aiutava gli ospiti. Il check-in durò oltre 45 minuti. Abbiamo imparato che era facile andare al centro della città, ma dovete camminare attraverso questa strada che è un po' spaventosa, perché ci sono tanti ubriachi, persone senzatetto e così tanti cani che correvano intorno a rendere mia figlia davvero spaventata. Durante il controllo dell'hotel mi ha fatto due volte pagare e ho fatto notare l'errore al ricevitore, ma non era molto ricettivo e veloce per correggere la questione. Ho parlato anche al manager e la sua atteggiamento non era migliore. Il peggio è il rumore che viene dalla strada. Nessuno può nemmeno ospiti fare rum nella strada facendo rumore molto rum e colpindo la mia camera da letto. La mattina successiva ho parlato con il manager e ha detto che è per le feste estive. Lo stesso per la piscina. Hanno permesso agli ospiti di usare e non c'è letto lasciato per gli ospiti di usare. In generale non è un buon hotel. Non rimarrà mai più lì

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte, passando la notte precedente in un Best Western per lo stesso prezzo - forse è stato il nostro errore, perché siamo stati delusi. Il parcheggio è facile, è un plus, e la posizione è buona - passeggiata veloce al centro per tutti i ristoranti e negozi. Camera molto piccola con un profumo di fumo insensibile - apprezzo che non sia un hotel fumatore, ma come non fumatore qualcuno aveva chiaramente fumato. Tavolo minimo tè/caffè - 1 tazza di tè, 1 sacchetto di caffè, 1 sacchetto di caffè, 2 sacchetti di zucchero. Tutto mi sentivo un po' vecchio e sveglio, molto come mi sentivo dopo un soggiorno qui.

Dopo appena 30 minuti dal check in siamo letteralmente scappati via senza ricevere alcun rimborso. Lo abbiamo fatto, ovviamente perché a conoscenza delle politiche di rimborso, ma la camera e i servizi non sono assolutamente come descritti nei siti, e non potevamo restare un minuto di più. Avevamo prenotazione per 2 notti. L'hotel é sicuramente carino, e ben posizionato ma sia il personale al ricevimento (che sin da subito si é dimostrato scortese) che la camera non erano all'altezza. Albergo pet friendly ma interamente ricoperto da moquette. Viene richiesta una cauzione di 100€ che logicamente, dato che vi é la moquette e ci sono dei cani, al 99% se fossimo restati più di 30 minuti sarebbe stata ritenuta alla fine. (Mi é stata restituita dopo numerose richieste insistenti ma garbate al personale di ricevimento che non parla bene inglese e dunque parla in modo incomprensibile, e che voleva temporeggiare, nonostante all'arrivo non ci avesse nemmeno fatto salire in camera se non avessimo versato la cauzione che non poteva essere versata con Amex (quando avevamo pagato tutto con quest'ultima). Oltre ad essere antiigenico é ovviamente un ulteriore dazio da pagare logicamente oltre ai 10€ giornalieri previsti per ogni cane che si porta. Camera pagata 130 euro al giorno. La finestra non si poteva aprire e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto più volte soluzioni al personale che ci ha detto che non si poteva fare nulla che anzi ci ha invitato a fare delle recensioni negative con arroganza. Fate voi, sembra l'inizio di un film horror. Mi spiace ma é una bocciatura piena, soprattutto per come siamo stati trattati dal personale di ricevimento. Inaccettabile

Il vantaggio qui è che è più economico e igienico, ma lo svantaggio è che il bagno è relativamente piccolo. Nel complesso, va bene rimanere per una notte durante il viaggio, che è più economico. La posizione è in periferia, a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Montpellier. C'è un parcheggio. Se viaggi in macchina non ci sono problemi, altrimenti devi prendere un taxi.

Not far from the center(only 10 min walking distance) and two tram stops from St.Roch central train station it was the cheapest room we could find.The girl in the reception was very helpful and professional and speaking very well English! The rooms are exactly as in the photos of Booking.com,new and big.They have kitchen that we didn’t use.the bathroom was big and new !!! Wi-Fi was working perfectly and free !!! A great choice for the beautiful Montpellier !!!

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione di servizio e l'ambiente è molto pulito e igienico

It is located above a shopping mall, in the centre of Montpellier. Easy access from the mall’s underground parking. Business-orientated hotel, with very good service and an excellent breakfast, with a large variety of tasty food items. Our Superior Room was large, modern, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thanks for the free bottled water offered. Enjoyable place to explore the city from.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo hotel, e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Molto facile da trovare, così come molto facile da raggiungere l'autostrada. Anche Montpellier non è lontano. Spotless pulito, tranquillo, grande parcheggio, diversi ristoranti a piedi. La camera è stata molto piccola, ma il letto è stato eccellente.

Ho passato due notti da sola in uno degli studio proposti e tutto era perfetto! Per una cinquantina di euro (bassa stagione - fine gennaio), è ancora meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare: pulizia inaccettabile, lettia ipercomfortabile (ho avuto difficoltà ad uscire dal letto la mattina), spazio di accoppiamento molto soddisfacente, cucina dotata (con lavastoviglie e caldo!) e separata dalla camera da una porta, bagno spazioso con grande specchio, le strutture (interruttore, prese, lampade a incandescenza, ...) sono ergonomiche, Non ci sono disagio livello insonorizzazione, caffè-te-chocolate caldo a volontà nella RDC, personale molto poliziotto e cortese, in breve, niente da ridare. Voglio già tornare a:)
