不人性化。

Se non fosse per le persone che lavorano alla reception un posto del genere farebbe meglio a chiudere. Struttura vecchia e fatiscente. Posizione fronte mare ma in un posto dove non c’è il nulla. La camera e molto vecchia, le lenzuola sono trasparenti. Per non parlare dei prezzi del minibar… nemmeno negli Stati Uniti così alti. Molto ma molto brutto. Note positive: segnale internet e come dicevo il personale della reception molto cordiale al check-in e molto comprensivo al check out dove il ragazzo mi ha addirittura aiutato a portare la valigia fono al taxi.

Padrao rede Accor . Equipe muito atenciosa , bom cafe da manha , perto do melhor shopping da cidade . Bons restaurantes ao redor . Reseve os quartos frente ao mar . Ficamos nos quartos de fundos que sao bem pequenos . vale bem a pena, recomendo!!

Firstly, it is unacceptable that this hotel does not have a reserved space on the sidewalk (yellow) to stop the car while unloading luggage. The rooms in the back are too small. The photos correspond to the front ones, which are larger. The size of the beds is small with little space around them. Very hard mattress. Very good attention from the staff, and good breakfast. It seems to me like a modest three-star hotel with the price of a higher category.

Firstly, this is a budget hotel, and one should make allowances. However the primary criteria we use is that we should get a good nights sleep, with a hot shower without stepping into a bath. Now here’s what went wrong in room 401 facing the sea for four nights. The double glazed windows do not close properly as the catches have been relocated. Therefore the traffic noise is quite audible. The room is of Hong Kong size, small with a king size bed and one chair. The top sheet on the bed is far too small. If you like rubber pillows, then is the place for you - otherwise, tough luck. There is adequate handing space and drawers. The breakfast is the usual continental style, and yes, it has home-made granola as someone else says. There is the option of hot scrambled eggs, but you’ll need to know this as no-one will tell you. By and large, I’d give it a miss, although it is very handy to the Fresh Market supermarket which is one of the best I have ever seen, and the Punta Carreras shopping mall which houses the El Fogon Restaurant, one of the saving graces to our visit.

I regularly visit Montevideo for academic business and Mercure Punta Carretas turned out to be the best accommodation I ever had in the Uruguayan capital. The location almost directly on the shore of the Rio de la Plata is very pleasant, there is a sea food restaurant open until late. The rooms of the Mercure are OK (nothing fancy but there is everything one needs), yet the quality of the stay is nonetheless outstanding. The breakfast buffet is delicious (homemade granola among other), there is a co-working space and a gym on the top floor. The gym is tiny, there is a complete set of dumbbells, a stationary bike and a yoga mat, all of quality but that's it. However, this is enough to throw in a good session while the view on the Plata is breathtaking. Last but not least, cheers to the friendly, helpful and absolutely trustworthy staff! Highly recommended.

Small hotel located across from La Rambla with a great view of Rio de la Plata. It's within walking distance of a shopping mall and restaurants. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Not many spoke English so it's good to know some Spanish. I elected to pay extra for breakfast when I made the reservation. Breakfast is served in the lounge on the ground level; the choices were delightful. I thought breakfast and the room were a great value for the price. I would highly recommend it.
