Il resort era eccellente, il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Anche i bar e i bar erano grandi. Amo come abbiamo avuto una vista sulla spiaggia con il resort. Le camere erano pulite, le mutandine fluttuano. Amo come abbiamo avuto più bar da scegliere. I grandi ragazzi della vita notturna da animazione sono brave persone, Kelvin era una buona animazione. Ci siamo divertiti. Lo consiglio per le persone che vengono a questo hotel

Da guardie di sicurezza, Teresa la signora che si occupa della pulizia delle camere , alla squadra completa di Harmony Beach, il servizio al cliente è stato estremamente VIP. The masseuse Suma at the Cofresi Spa at the Lifestyles Holidays Vacation Resort performed the very professional and high quality level of service seldom found these days. She is outstanding and my wife and I are looking forward to our next stay over and getting another massage plus some other services. Note the staff overall was excellent also!!

La nostra vacanza, 11-15 Dic 2023, a Be Live Marian, Puerto Plata è stata eccellente. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati posti e trattati come VIP. L'hotel ha invecchiato, tuttavia, pulito e ben mantenuto. Il servizio eccellente! Vorrei ringraziare Luis al bar VIP, che ci ha servito la nostra prima bevanda, Francis, Roberto, Cecilia e Josefina al Dining, tra gli altri, che erano estremamente ospiti e di aiuto. Le attività e mostra, anche se pioveva nei nostri ultimi due giorni, decise di andare al bar sportivo e di avere un bel tempo da bere e danzare, e ancora una volta, un grande servizio. Torniamo indietro nel 2024.

E' stata una grande esperienza che ho vissuto con i miei amici in quel bel hotel e grazie alla squadra di intrattenimento che ha reso le nostre vacanze divertenti, soprattutto una ragazza di nome Nelly che è molto amichevole e una persona super buona, Spero di tornare presto e godermi come ho fatto in queste vacanze con i miei migliori amici.
