For the Butler room it was beyond expectations, small, a/c on its last leg, no ventaliation in bathroom caused heat and humidity. We have been to many other Sandals with a butler experience and this by far was the worst. We will not be staying here again.

Esperienza pessima al royal Caribbean parzialmente mitigata dalla buona impostazione del Santal Montego Bay che presenta servizi e strutture e cucina quasi all’altezza della situazione. La spiaggia del Sandals royal Caribbean è piccolissima e insufficiente, per non parlare dei ristoranti che a partire dal buffet della colazione per finire alla cena fanno letteralmente rabbrividire per la scarsa qualità del cibo e della presentazione.il personale della lobby club poco disponibile, posso dire che la camera che ci è costata data non era male nonostante l’esposizione a venti fortissimi . Per mangiare dovevamo assolutamente spostarci al Santal Montego Bay con un pulmino abbastanza vecchio. Tra i due resort una differenza abissale nonostante i prezzi simili, Abbiamo trovato disponibilità e professionalità nel ristorante cucina romana da parte soprattutto dello chief KEVIN che è stato molto presente e bravo a cucinare un piatto di pasta all’italiana.

Had another wonderful birthday week! Can't wait to go back! Just want to shout out the great staff who have made our birthday week amazing! Bartenders Stephen, Leroy, Lamar, and Denham were amazing and always made us feel special. Shamar was great and made his birthday dinner amazing at Soys, as well as manager Joel who is always awesome and a favorite. Aaron took care of us when we rented a cabana and was so great! Gamalia at Bayside for breakfast is so sweet and welcoming, plus her omelets are amazing! Everton on third shift always looks out for us and makes our stay better, we love seeing him when we return. Venecia always checks on us and is so friendly and helpful. Jhanelle from SRC is amazing and so welcoming. Also Domanique in the club lounge surprised my hubby with decorations in the room on his birthday, she is awesome! Manager Christopher was so wonderful and truly is engaged with the resort. O'Shane at the beach grill is the bomb, always happy, positive, and fun. Onescia at the spa for the amazing massage, and wedding planner Nackiel for being so helpful and kind. She really eased my fears and answered so many questions I had! Thank you all! One Love!

We had a 3 night stay in a club level room at Montego Bay prior to going to SC. Our club level room has a nice bar with multiple Twin Oaks wines. The room was nice but on the smaller size. The restaurants had great food. The main pool is small and more hotel like but this is a smaller resort. The staff around the main pool never let us go without a drink in hand. I wish I had written names down but the entertainment staff was one of the best we’ve seen at any Sandals. Lead entertainer and Kevin “awesome sauce” were super friendly, helped you get involved and had everyone laughing and having a grand time. The only con to Montego Bay is the airplanes right overhead throughout the entire day.

Travis, Tasha, Amazing Owen, Damian, Jayda, Cassandra, Javell Oryan and so many others we interacted with daily made this trip absolutely astonishing. From their friendly smiles that could light up the darkest rooms, jokes and laughter they truly kept us entertained and included into the excitement/feel of Sandals Montego Bay! We felt right at home as if we’re all family. From the food, to the entertainment & music this trip was out of the world. Sandals ensures their employees are top notch & professional, and this is exactly what we received. Not a bad interaction over our 7-day stay, which made leaving incredibly hard. Please go visit them, Jamaica is beautiful and so are the personalities and resort! Cannot rate them high enough, and will 100% be returning to Montego Bay to see them all again, soon!

Sandals Montego Bay was absolutely amazing. Our butlers Antonio and Mel were outstanding. They anticipated everything we could have wanted and provided a ton of information that helped us navigate the week long vacation for our anniversary. From dinner reservations to special requests, Antonio and Mel were on top of it. The food was great. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed working with Uncle Dave our photographer. The room was clean and something special was always left for us at the end of the day. We planned several excursions which were great, but next time we plan to enjoy more of the resort because there was so much to do without even leaving the resort grounds. Oh, and the nightly entertainment was fantastic. The music, the singing, the dancers, the fire show were all top notch. We've already book our next trip back to beautiful Jamaica. Thank you for the memorable experience.

Sandals Montego Bay is a Beautiful adult only all inclusive resort in Jamaica. Sunset and Beach is beautiful. 2 pools were comfortable, hot tub just right. Food was good. We like the laid back atmosphere. Front desk and other staff could not answer any questions. Girl taking orders at outside restaurant is rude, bartenders outside cater to certain people and overlook others. Service at Italian restaurant confusing, waiter wanted our dessert order before we ate our meal. Someone needs to reorganize this resort. Nothing Jamaican about this resort. One Bob Marley song played because I requested it. This resort would get 5 stars if they make you feel like you are in Jamaica, not still in USA.

The resort is beautiful!! But the stars of the trip were our butlers, Rushane & Okeria! They really made the trip magical! Each day they, reserved us the best spot on the beach (where they delivered lunch & cold drinks.) We returned to our room, daily, to find cheese, crackers, shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit to nibble on while, I enjoyed the bubble bath ( with floating flowers) that they had drawn for me ( and decorated the bathmat/towel) in the balcony soak tub. They kept us informed on which restaurants or tours we had for the day and walked us to dinner, seated us, in a great spot, poured water and made menu recommendations. When we returned to our room, it was fun to see how they had decorated our bed each day, when they turn down the bed. We were given a butler phone, and they were at the ready to answer questions or get us anything we needed or wanted. They also went out of their way to keep our mini fridge stocked with our preferences. I wanted to give them a shout out and post some pictures of their handiwork! It was sad to say goodbye to these two, whose huge smiles & cheerful attitudes light up the room! They crushed it!! They made the trip something I will never forget!! I highly recommend the butler service. And if you are lucky- you will get the dream team- Rushane and Okeria.

We have been to Jamaica several times and we decided for our 30th anniversary to do something different. We chose to go with butler service and we really enjoyed it. The 2 gentleman Swaby and Chaira were nothing short of Excellent! They were there when we needed them, they anticipated things like a snack on the beach or by the pool. They set up romantic bath, romantic dinner setup in our room. Best of all they had time to talk We never felt they were rushed and we genuinely got to talk with them and by the end of our trip we were sad to leave. They were so good and engaging we booked the exact same trip with the same 2 butlers, and the same room for next year. All the staff were friendly, the food was great. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. The resort is across the street from the airport runway. Don't freak out. Plans come over for a limited time in the day and honestly you barely notice.
