I had a wonderful holiday at the Kuriat Palace the staff were amazing they go above and beyond for you to be happy, the food was very good too I didn’t get bored of it and enjoyed every single meal. Drinks selection is good nice cocktails, I had vodka slushies all week from the pool bar! Our room was very big and modern with a huge bed. The housekeeping staff were great always clean and did cute towel animals with roses on the bed. We stayed in Star Prestige so i did expect a bit more..the mini bar wasn’t great the air con in the room didn’t work and our balcony door didn’t lock which kept me awake some nights. We used the private balcony area once it didn’t really seem as luxury as it was in the photos. We used the Spa which was lovely I had a very nice massage. Some parts of the hotel are old and need updating, there’s a funny smell in parts too. The beach was lovely though, beautifully clean and the water too. Entertainment was good just a shame due to whether most of it was inside. I don’t think the location of this hotel is great, there isn’t much to do at all in the area so if you like just staying in the hotel all week this would be perfect for you. I would come back to this hotel, we had a great week.

Questo è il nostro ultimo giorno e le 5 stelle sono solo per l’animazione. In particolare per Pikachiu e Sam Torre and Nino che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno gradevole e divertente. Sono seri e professionali e bravi nel loro lavoro.

Nous avons séjourné le temps d’une journée à cet hôtel et que dire du service à la clientèle !!! Manel à la réception étaut souriante et à l’écoute. Madame Saida a veillé à ce que tout nos besoins soient comblés. La pisicine est grande en surface et profonde. L’aménagement extérieur est bien pensée. On peut prendre un café avec une vue superbe sur la plage de Monastir. Beaucoup de chaises et de parasols disponibles à la piscine. En ce qui concerne le buffet, comparé à d’autres hôtel reconnu au niveau internationnal, le buffet est varié et a clairement dépassé mes attentes. Pizza, grillades, pâtes, salade, mets tunisiens et desserts vous seront servis. En photo la vue que j’avais à partir de la terrasse du buffet. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux. Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

Bellissimo l'hotel, la mia camera (doppia ) molto spaziosa, con letti molto grandi, comoda, pulita, le camere sono fatte di pomeriggio L'unico inconveniente è che non avevo un terrazzo, però mi è piaciuto lo stesso . Il ristorante, ottimo mi è piaciuto tutto. Cibo ottimo e ben servito e curato nei minimi particolari Il personale molto gentile e sempre educato. Veramente mi hanno coccolato, ci ritornerò sicuramente. Nel complesso non è male, voto da parte mia: 5 STELLE. Buone vacanze a tutti,ci ritornerò e lo consiglio a tutti ASSOLUTAMENTE.
