Fa veramente pietà … sporco mal organizzati clima nn funzionano in tutto l’hotel lavanderia una sola mancanza di lensole e acciuga mani.. i personali lavorano in condizioni pietose poverine e pure sn disponibile nn do la colpa a loro ma al padrone del hotel loro nn c’entrano niente… animatore fanno di tutto per farci felice e nascondere un po’ la realtà del albergo bravi … Fa vomitare mai più

We have gone out of season so it’s a little on the quiet side but that hasn’t made it a bad experience at all, The staff are lovely and work very hard, the animation (entertainment) team make an effort to have some form of entertainment going each night at around 9pm which is nice… the food is buffet style and there is some decent food, it’s scheduled times for the buffet so some hours with no food so you either have to time it right or buy some food elsewhere but that’s fine. It is all inclusive with free drinks until 11pm (ish), after that there is another bar located next to the parking lot which serves food like pizza and chips that is open until 3am but you do have to pay for that it’s not exactly expensive but you can rack up a bill if you are there for hours ahaha, everything seemed clean, there was a little bit of construction going on so good to see them making improvements for the future… would visit again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the entertainment team. Slides only open for 2hrs a day. Food was boring, tasteless. No cash machine. No air-con unless in the summer even though it was quite muggy at night. Drinks are boring and they display drinks they don’t do for show! Bit strange! The maids for the bedrooms were lovely, very happy and friendly. The boss of the cleaners in the lobby was always so grumpy and moody. The rooms and bathrooms could do with a little updating as the only nice looking part in the hotel is the lobby. GET NEW MATTRESSES- oh my, the mattresses were TERRIBLE, I couldn’t sleep and my back is in agony.

Great resort and staff , friendly and accommodating, good entertainment rooms were clean , great sleep .. had amazing time, I’m enjoyable with no complaints.. I would like to say thanks to all the people, who gave me a good feeling during my holiday time. Panda os the best 😁😁

A great entertainment team, lots of fun for children and adults. A good hotel for a medium-long holiday. Nice hotel service. rooms clean and tidy. The food is often repetitive but tasty. A small shop in the hotel with good prices. Maybe someday I'll come back for a short vacation

Absolutely loved our stay, was made to feel right at home from arrival! Rooms were lovely and clean. Big shout out to the animation team who made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, also had us in stitches at the nightly entertainment! We booked quad biking through the excursion team twice and had the best time, would 100% recommend it! Also used the hotel photographer for some professional snaps which turned out gorgeous and ended up buying so many as couldn’t chose just a few! Would come back tomorrow if we could! Holiday blues have set right in now we’re back home.

Upon arrival you are greeted by ever so helpful, happy staff who are always willing to go that extra mile to make your holiday great. The facilities are good, with a lovely pool and waterslide complex and even when the weather is not too good, activities are put on by the animation team who are the best. Rooms are good with a great view and you also have access to a private beach which is clean with sunbeds and shades. Entertainment with fantastic both during the day and at night with a varied programme which suits both adults and kids. Food is great with a varied selection available each day. All very tasty. Overall a really great holiday which the whole family enjoyed and want to return.

100% would not be returning, website pictures are not what they make out 😳 2 days with no luggage then when helped is to just charge you to pay so much money in taxi fares and to buy essentials that you need while you sort it YOURSELF to get luggage back, rooms are run down and definitely not 4*, beach is not well maintained and lucky to get in the sea due to so much sea****, slides are only open for 2 hours a day and entertainment is like a conference room. Had to walk to cash machine as none in hotel and get stopped every 2 mins to either get a taxi or horse and carriage, which have to say no about 20 times 🙄 never experienced anything like it in my life!!!!
