Molti turisti che parlano inglese sembrano irritati dal comportamento brutto del personale in questo hotel e in Francia in generale. Non sono consapevoli del fatto che il personale deve essere molto frustrante a confrontarsi quotidianamente con persone che sono troppo ignoranti per parlare la lingua locale e che non si scusano per non farlo. Ripeto che sono sconvolto ogni volta dall'arroganza e dall'autoassorbimento di questi turisti britannici, che mi hanno detto, che godo ancora della posizione, della posizione, della decorazione, del benvenuto, del servizio, del cibo, del bar, della piscina e di tutti gli altri servizi di questo hotel.

We stayed at this Ibis hotel for a single night en route to Alsace. It's very conveniently situated, right next to the Autoroute - but despite the proximity to the road we didn't find it at all noisy. There's a slight downside in that in order to get from the hotel to the medieval city of Laon, which stands on the top of a hill, you have to take your car; it's a very steep and long climb, which is too much to do on foot. We stayed on a Friday night; the hotel wasn't at all busy - we suspect it may be busier during the working week. Parking is plentiful. Our room was quite small but perfectly satisfactory for an overnight stay; however, the shower room was quite cramped. Due to the need to drive into Laon itself we decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel and we were very pleased with our meal of sea bass fillet, which was beautifully cooked; the portions were generous. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel situato tra l'A26 e N2: passaggio stradale rumoroso a partire dalle 6:00. Ben situato, vicino a una zona commerciale, e vicino al centro della città. Camera corretta e ben pulita. Non c'è un pannello rotabile, un semplice negozio! Ci vorrebbe una doppia, o anche una tripla vetratura alla finestra Nessun isolamento tra le camere, le porte si chiudevano; alcuni turisti indelicati si interpellano al corridoio. La sedia è bancone ... Bagno con cortina di doccia , non molto pratico. Il letto è il punto più negativo : il mattone si basa su una semplice piastra ! Duro ! Duro ! La sala da pranzo non è abbastanza grande, la scelta è abbastanza limitata, è un po ' costoso. Il personale è molto accogliente, disponibile per fornire servizio. In sintesi, questo hotel ha bisogno di un santo ragionamento (quando sono rimasto lì, non c'è energia elettrica nel corridoio inferiore, fuga di acqua nell'esca, interruzione della televisione ...

Small but perfectly formed...great little hotel by the railway station. Parking right outside. Spotlessly clean room...good shower...nice town view from the small balcony with a view up to Laon Cathedral. Small breakfast room. The staff were happy and smiled...which is really nice. There are a couple of low key eating places within 50 metres...its on my stop over list.
