No internet. No Continental. None of the lamps worked. Debris on floors. TV remote was smashed to pieces in dresser drawer. Crackers in dresser drawer. Stained sheets and towels. Bathtub filthy. Pool was filed in with soil. The real kicker was the top of a hypodermic needle in dresser drawer. Health Dept needs to shut this rat hole down

Took three tries for me to get a clean-looking room. Noises were heard outside my door all night; the parking lot looks like construction was in progress.

RUN!!!Had to request lightbulbs, water pressure horrible, dirty bathtub. Front desk had no concern about the issues in the room. 4 adults, 2 towels. TV cable fuzzy. Pillows uncomfortable. Horrible customer service. I will be asking for a refund of the points used to get the rate I booked.

This hotel should not be reccommended at all.. There was no pool, breakfast was maybe some bread and peanut butter and jelly. Room floor was filthy. No one ever changed my sheet, cleaned my room nor brought clean towels. No where to hang clothes. Not a place I would stay at again.

The check in host was great. I am a platinum member passing through so I used points. Due to reviews, we checked the room before checking in. The first room was ok & so was the second one. Upon further investigation from my wife, the bathroom needed to be updated badly. The tub had stains & for a two queen bed they only had one towel no wash clothes. The beds were comfortable & the television worked. Next morning, NO BREAKFAST. There were no bugs & the room was clean. No stains on sheets. Door was secured. For a bachelor passing through, no problem. For a couple, spend a little more & go to the Marriot. If they actually update the property, it would be a good place to stay.

The most horrible experience ever! No pool, no gym and no breakfast. Our room smelled like mole. There was no phone as well. Dirty towels. The whole place was dirty and broken down!

We enjoyed our stay and your staff from 3 till 11 was very helpful she went above and beyond to help us and yes I will come again and I will recommend your hotel to others and also to my family and friends also my Co workers and anyone who asked me where I stayed at 3 nights

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been booked at the booking was through Priceline. If it wouldn’t have been for the little girl at the front desk, I would’ve gotten stuck with the entire reservation. She actually gave me a key to go look at the room first to which Ithe booking was through Priceline. This room was so disgusting and gross that I can’t even believe people were actually staying at this hotel. The sheets were dirty. There was two pillows on the king size bed the size of throw pillows that were also dirty like either someone’s greasy hair or I don’t know Spit from their mouth I don’t know on the pillows. The chair looked like it came from a crackhouse the bathtub, yuck. The ceiling had crack with peeling and chippping paint. No smoke alarm, sprinkle smashed. The only thing good in this room literally was the bathroom sink and the floor that was oiled up to be all shiny looking. The hallways if you wanna call me outside, of course , and we’re so disgusting that you almost couldn’t tell what color the cement was supposed to be that goes along with the stairs too. There were soiled n nasty mattresses and other furniture all around the property. Priceline was seriously not going to give me a refund. They were insisting on charging me the full amount for all three days. If it hadn’t been for the girl behind the front desk, I would’ve been charged. This is the third time also with Priceline, the other two times Were a joke. the most recent last time was with Avis and Priceline. The car that I had rented in South Carolina had the whole entire breaking system go out on it while I was driving it. I took it to Avis after an hour and 20 minutes of trying to reach anyone for help. I got a tow company that was actually located in Texas. But That’s another review.

The worst hotel ever. Stained linen on both beds. Hotel was undergoing construction. Was not aware until check in. Urine on the toilet, tub was caked with soap scum. Had to clean the bathroom before using it. Spill on the floor in between the bed. Floor had not been swept/mopped. No remote for the TV. No garbage can in the room! When bring problems to the front desk/management I was told there is nothing I can do right now. 2 towels for a room thar sleeps 4 people. When asked for 1 extra towel because there was 3 of us in the room they told me they had them but to come back and ask later!?

Even though d that cannot help it that the hotel and her name is d e e she fixed what the problem was there are no coffee machines I had no microwave the refrigerator smelled like a bait box that had been left closed with dead fish in it the whole hotel's been remodeled there's no breakfast Wi-Fi sucks there's no ice machine or soda machine and a snack machines no coffee maker as far to go to any place but the young lady that work at the front desk was amazing

The floor in the room was dirty. Our socks were filthy within an hour after we got there. Hot water was not hot. Awful awful service. Not one maid knocked on the room door to offer towel and to get trash. I had to go to them and get towels. Not to mention the towels the maid gave me were stained and had holes in them. It was the worse place to stay for four days.

Worst hotel I ever been to, room smell like SMOKE & TRASH .....THIS HOTEL IS FOR PIMPS AND PROSTITUTES!!!!They posting false photos on there website, room don't look like photos. The only good things is I canceled the room and my card didn't get charged
