I made a non-refundable booking for this hotel through *******. At the time, I searched using the "pet friendly" filter. At the time of the booking and payment, I was required to pay an additional $10 for the pet fee. No problem. Once I got to the hotel and after I checked in, they informed me that they required a "non-refundable" deposit of $50 for the pet. When I mentioned that the booking was already paid for and there was no mention of the "non-refundable" $50 deposit/fee on *******. I was then told that I should have known better than to book through ******* and I should have called the hotel directly or should have booked through the hotel's web page. They took 0 accountability for the information they provided through ******* being incorrect. I also did not authorize them to charge the $50 fee yet they did it anyway. Now I will have to pursue a refund through my credit card company.

No coffee in room…no breakfast foods available. The place was like an upscale hostel!

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you plan an extended stay. Clean, everything you need for a long term stay is built in. Highly recommended.

There were only 2 pillows and when I called down for extra, they said that they were all out. There were strands of hair in the bathroom when we first arrived. I liked that the hotel is all secure by key.. and inside of the room was nice and updated.

Good choice for no frills motel designed for extended stays with stovetop and full sized microwave and refrigerator. Room and building very clean and fairly new. Excellent value for price.

Our room smelled like an old, dirty, musty closet. There were animal scratches on the furniture and hair on the counter in the bathroom around the plastic cups. We were given the option to move to another room or leave without a refund and we decided to leave.

Accessible room was booked but not available on arrival, hotel didn't have this as part of the booking and all accessible rooms were unavailable, not the first time this has happened when booking through *******

Nicest manager on-site (corperate mgr from CA). Inexpensive, adequate for sleeping. Except bar of soap, bring your own everything.

this hotel is the motel 6 of extented stay suites. fair stay for the price. you get what you pay for. helpful staff made the stay ok. close to shopping and many places to eat.
