Hotel in zona Golden Hills Park, Mississauga

Let me preface this with I’ve never written a review before and I’m not a complainer but I had to express my feelings as no one here seems to care. I’m currently in this hotel and I’ve been here since 4 pm last night (Nov 2/2023 to Nov 3/2023). We were celebrating our Anniversary and everything was perfect until my boyfriend and I ordered room service from the Terrazzo Ristorante Bar & Grill downstairs in the hotel. We ate around 7 pm I believe and by 8pm, he was violently throwing up and had diarrhea, he was freezing but had a fever, muscle aches all over. When I called down to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, I also wanted to let them know what was happening and I was dismissed, talked over and told a blanket was on the way. He continued his symptoms until 1 am then we both fell asleep. He then woke up around 630am and left for work and that’s when I started with the symptoms. Vomiting, Diarrhea, cold and body aches. I called down to the front desk and told them I got food poisoning from the food downstairs and I’m not able to make the 11 am check out. That I’m having every symptom my boyfriend had last night, I’m feeling horrible AND after a long night of helping my boyfriend with the same symptoms and all they could do is extend check out to 12:30pm after that they’d have to charge me. I tried to ask for the manager but I was ignored and dismissed AGAIN. I didn't have the strength or energy to argue with anyone as I’m still sick from the food poisoning. I’m honestly in physical pain and feel miserable. I want to sleep, not get in a car for 40 mins to go home. And I’m frustrated that this establishment is so unhelpful and uncaring. The worst thing is if I had more of a back bone I’d make a fight about this because I feel I deserve better. The worse service and treatment ever.

Grande lobby hotel. Personale amichevole. Parcheggio pagato. Due ristoranti sul sito. Grande spaziose camere con belle viste sulla città.

My experience at the hotel was rather underwhelming. A disappointing discovery was strands of hair in the bathtub upon arrival. Even more troubling was the tub drain, which was completely detached and merely resting at the bottom of the tub. I had to screw it back in place myself. The plumbing had its own dramatics; when activated, the tub's faucet would abruptly jolt out, exposing the pipes. This situation escalated on my second day when the faucet decided to detach completely and launched itself to the back of the tub. Despite reporting these issues, the hotel staff did not address them. The pillows provided were disappointingly thin, requiring a stack of four to achieve minimal comfort. On a positive note, the food served was the highlight of my stay. However, I would not consider staying here again.

Il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico in questo hotel! La sua vicinanza all'aeroporto rendeva il mio viaggio senza saldatura. Le camere erano senza spazi puliti, la comodità era incongrua, e il servizio clienti era di prima qualità. Lo consiglio molto per un'esperienza senza problemi e piacevole.

Abbiamo preso un volo precoce così prenotato questo hotel per evitare il traffico. Shuttle gratuito funziona con il programma, si deve prenotare i punti prima di andare in viaggio per garantire i sedili (specialmente durante la mezzanotte)

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

The hotel is super convenient for early flights out of Terminal 3. In room coffee machine was a nice feature. The bed is quite high and very soft which made it difficult to get into. Staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet. The room rate was high for the level of service offered.

Non preoccuparti, se viaggia da T1 o se avete un sacco di bagagli pesanti, c'è un servizio di trasporto gratuito.Il ristorante offre un grande menu regolare e un buon colazione extra se lo includete nella vostra prenotazione.

i would say this is a nice hotel,i love their service,people are friendly, good to stay but pls do not go hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport.this hotel is crazy , the India or middle east lady is still there ,pretty arrogant ,and not good service,no idea.what she is doing there ,personally,not good to be with . and really influence the hotel without good training employees
