"pros: - bed/pillow very comfy!! - spacious room - clean - smart tv - have mini fridge - eatery place within walking distance just behind hotel, hotel also have in house cafe cons - showerhead attached together with bath tub, water can get messy and a bit slippery, wished they have seperate space for shower - wifi slow - room a bit dark as they use yellow lighting overall ok, access card a bit troublesome if you dont know how to use rating: 8/10"

"Avete un centro commerciale di Miri, un conteggio di fronte molto gentile e un personale di accesso principale. Purtroppo, quando siamo arrivati tardi, ci sono manutenzioni di piombo sul nostro pavimento e non c'è fornitura d'acqua; ci siamo addormentati senza doccia calda dopo un lungo viaggio di giorno. Sarebbe bello essere informato prima o al check-in o fornire spazio in un altro piano."

"it was my more than 3x stays at Meritz and it was completely incredible , not just about the connecting door to the mall , also about the safety. im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just beside u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good till i order for room service , i dont know why the lady that answer my phone didn’t talk in appropriate tone.i hope they fix how they should be communicate to the guest."

"Non so quante volte ho prenotato questo hotel, ma come sempre il servizio è così buono, le strutture quasi completano è solo che la tosse da dentifricio di solito dato 2 ma questa volta la tosse da dentifricio ha solo 1 ma fortunatamente il personale da un altro tosse da dentifricio quando io chieda per esso 😊"

"The hotel is surrounded by food stalls. The room is neat and clean. The price is very reasonable for a high-rated hotel. The way hotel welcomes you, upon check-in, makes you feel truly appreciated."

"It's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad."

"Per il prezzo è un buon hotel. Anche se c'è un po' di odore muschioso perché la stanza e la passeggiata sono principalmente carpette. Ma ha una grande posizione. Non chiederebbe molto per il prezzo che ho pagato"

"Statevi a buon mercato e la posizione era strategica. vicino al fronte idrico e al centro artigianale. Sarebbe ancora più facile se avessi noleggiato un'auto. Il letto era leggermente morbido per me, ma era buono. La pulizia era buona. L'unica cosa che ci è stata data è una tosse da denti, una piccola bottiglia di shampoo e gel da bagno per due persone.Puoi chiedere il ferro al ricevitore e la mandano nella tua stanza.Il parcheggio era ampio."

"Da quando sono arrivato all'hotel Mega, il personale mi ha accolto con fiori e una bevanda complimentare. La cosa migliore è stato il suo processo efficiente di check-in/check-out, che mi ha lasciato profondamente impressionato !!!"
