Pullman Miri Waterfront

Shower was cold throughout my 3 night stay. Housekeeping comes to clean in the late afternoon, even though I switched on the housekeeping button in the morning before heading out. Housekeeping only changes the linen and replaces towels. They did not sweep or vacuum the room and do not replace toiletries, I had to call the front desk, and this too was done very late. The location is great, very close to all the malls, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Lovely view of the pool and Waterfront. Breakfast was great, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I stayed at the Pullman Miri Waterfront in a Deluxe King Room with Sea View and found the room to be spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and overall, the room setup is ideal for both business and leisure stays. The hotel’s location is excellent close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants and waterfront views. However, cleanliness remains an issue that the hotel needs to address more seriously. This was my second stay, and unfortunately, once again I encountered stained bed linen. I's disappointing that such basic standards aren’t consistently maintained. For a hotel under the Pullman brand, consistency in cleanliness should be a given, not a recurring concern. Overall, it's a decent stay but the housekeeping standards need improvement, especially if the hotel aims to retain returning guests

The day we checked in at aboujt 5 pm, there was a corporate function and hotel was busy with guests booking in etc. as a result, my room wasn't ready and the staff (Chinese young man) who checked us in offered us complimentary breakfasts for the three night stay ( we booked without breakfast). The room given to us had fantastic views of the river and the south china sea and the room was super spacious with bedroom and coffee making area and clothes hanging section in separate compartment and bathroom was spacious and unlike most hotels I have stayed, the shower water never leaked out of the shower area to wet the other part of bathroom. Have stayed in Pullman Kuching some 10 years back and was a very good experienced. Keep it up. Location wise, almost in city centre and yet away from the hustle bustle. Very good seafood restaurants within walking distance and river side walk was good. There is a choice of three types of pillows and the one I had first night was uncomfortable.

Love the shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner and also hand liquid soap that Pullman Miri is using. This time round, I would say it is good experience. The management seems to have well trained and professional. Love the sunset too from miri waterfront. Will visit this hotel again... thanks Pullman Miri.

The view was good for me as I can see the river and the sea, the cleanliness can be improve. Beds are old, shampoo and soap dispensers are not working properly.

Had booked the stay for a suprise celebration for my bae ,and team made nice decorations and even prepared slice of cake for the birthday celebration and upgraded our room.We really enjoyed the stay overall.
